Having just bought a home and moved here out of state, we had several issues that needed to be taken care of in a quick time frame, he was able to get us a quote, completed the work the next morning and even had to add another job on while he was here. No problem at all, he took care of everything. Highly recommend and will be using his services for additional repairs and projects. Courteous and professional.

Hands down the best plumbing experience I’ve ever had. Anthony was surprisingly able to get to me within less than two hours of my call. He was refreshingly efficient, quick, and even cleaned my toilet after he repaired it. The customer service level is past a 10; it’s on shock and awe level. Quoted me a price, did his magic, we finished our business, and he was on his way in less than 20-30 minutes. I will/am recommending him to any- and everyone I know in need of a reliable and friendly plumber. **Upon him leaving, I was also informed that he does most things home related, too! General contracting, additions, roofing, etc. You will not regret giving him your business!

We placed a large order with VW in August for a whole home remodel — multiple bathrooms, a kitchen, and a $6,000 clawfoot tub. At first, the ordering process went smoothly, and our salesperson, Angie, was nice to work with.

After the order, communication became difficult. Updates on a backordered sink were hard to get, and calls and emails often went unanswered for weeks.

The biggest issue was with the tub feet. We picked the finish based on a picture and guidance from the sales team, but when the tub arrived, the feet didn’t match. Another employee later told us the sample image had been mislabeled.

We expected the store to fix this with the vendor, but we were told we’d have to pay return shipping, a potential restocking fee, and new freight for the replacement feet. After numerous unanswered calls, I was finally able to get email contact with the sales manager, Jeremy, to try and reach a fair solution. He gave limited responses over several weeks. In the end, the fees were still passed on to us despite never getting a final answer from Jeremy.

For a project this size, we expected better communication and more proactive support. I’m sharing this so others know what to expect and are aware of the difficulties in resolving issues with VW.
