I had been given a cleaner as a gift from relatives that live in another state and researched best service. My person ( didnt understand her name) arrived 25 mins late ( no problem), went directly to back side of house where there was 2 bedrmms/2 baths and small office, not alot to do in these rooms, rarely used and were clean, but she spent from 8:30 -10:25 in those rooms, maybe 15x15, anda 12x14, and office was lots smaller. Then came to living room, bar(small), kitchen, sunroom, masterbedrm and bath and laundry room. After she left at 1:20, she said Bye wnd was headed for door. Did not speak english, spoke thru app on her phone. I noticed in following days how much was NOT done, sunroom had not been vaccumed behind doors or furniture, bedrm was alittle better, bathrm floors were cleaned “at”, laundry room didnt look like anything was touched even though i saw her in there, kitchen floor was mopped “at”, dining room, alot missed ,if vaccumed. I thought at first it was great, them started seeing missed stuff that wasnt done!! And i hate that… why spend all that time in that side house and not to main area lots better!!!!! Disappointed, but happy that i received this as a gift, which helped me and hubby out wlot!!!!

Alabama Best Cleaners provided same day service when no other cleaner would! I called in the morning and a cleaner was at my house within 3 hours. She did an amazing job and left little markers that showed the area was actually cleaned. She dusted and moved rugs and scrubbed the bathroom top to bottom. I would definitely book again if the need ever arises!

ABC did an amazing job cleaning my home! I called them for a quote and they came the next day (and gave me a great estimate). The cleaners were on time, very professional, nice, and thorough. I requested a Deep Cleaning for my father-in-law's 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment that had water heater damage from an upstairs apartment. The apartment manager refused to clean it after construction, even though he has chronic respiratory issues. So I hired Alabama Best Cleaners. They reported the very next morning. Communication was excellent throughout whole process. They sent MULTIPLE pictures. Place is cleaner than it's EVER been!!

GOOD AND BAD
1. GOOD: Initial lawn mowing was absolutely
beautiful.
2. BAD: Leaves that were mulched into lawn in fall/winter in abundance compacted my soil and stunted my zoysia. COMPANY REFUSED TO CORRECT IT AFTER MULTIPLE REQUESTS.

Owner "fixed" and appliance broke something in the process and promised to make it right. Now he won't answer the phone or return calls and the appliance is not fixed. Warning, to stay away at all costs.
