Jonathan showed up exactly on time. He not only fixed the issue that I called him about but also identified and fixed another issue that was causing ice build up in my freezer. Overall extremely satisfied with the service provided.

We were in a bind for refrigerator repair. I had stopped by a washer and refrigerator parts store and the man behind the counter gave me Jonathan's number and said "this guy is really good and he will try to help you if he can". So glad I got his number! He went out of his way to get us the help that we needed and was very reasonable, kind and professional. I would recommend him HIGHLY and will definitely use him again. Jonathan showed up on time. However, has failed to contact me back about doing the job. Don't recommend him. He just takes your 79.00 and runs! I have tried to text him several times and call and left messages and haven't heard a word from him.

I’ve called on Jonathon three times over the past few years and have been very satisfied with the timeliness and quality of the work each time. He repaired a freezer and refrigerator in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. On the second refrigerator he advised that we would probably come out better buying a new unit due to the high cost of repairs and that he couldn’t be sure how long a repair job would last. Not many people would give that advice knowing they would be losing money due not getting the repair job.

Jonathan is amazing! He is always timely & gets the job done right. And most of all very trustworthy! We have used him numerous times and will continue to do so!

These are some awesome electricians. They know their stuff.

If you need an electrician, call/text Harlow. I hope I don’t need an electrician again anytime soon, but if I did—it’d be these guys. A great problem solver with great attitude, the electrician called to diagnose and repair (*technical terms) something* with a fuse somewhere* didn’t even blink hard at my annoying dogs whining outside.

They have no professional team to keep up with their work. They showed up at my home to do their diagnosis for an alarm issue. They told me we will have to submit the diagnosis to your home warranty (2-10 warranty) and will come back to install new alarms. They were supposed to submit the diagnosis in the same day, but they did not. For more than 2 weeks calling them daily, leaving voice mails, having my insurance contact them, too. We all fail to get to talk to someone to submit the diagnosis so that my insurance send them the materials. My insurance company ended up cancelling the order for them and assigned another contractor!. We are trying to give you business, but do not care!

Awful. Called him last Monday to get a toilet installed. Told me he would be by Wednesday. Don’t call me back until Wednesday morning to tell me he couldn’t come after I asked off work. Terrible service and zero communication.

Jon Knight totally overcharged us! He turned off the water to the dishwasher and charged $350. The dishwasher was not repaired. DO NOT CALL HIM FOR YOUR REPAIRS
