Water heater went out in the house my husband and I just bought and moved into. I called Dogwood Plumbing because I liked the idea of using someone local. When I spoke with Benjamin over the phone, he sounded very knowledgeable and experienced about the various plumbing issues in the Shelby County area. He also gave me the best quotes compared to other companies that I had called.
He was quick to respond and patient in answering all of my questions, even after the inspection. He discussed and gave me an estimate for repair and replacement so I didn't feel "pushed" into making a higher sale/getting more services done than was necessary.
The service turn around was very quick and he kept me informed the whole time, even when a part had to be ordered and installed on a later day.
Very satisfied and will be using his service again for future plumbing issues.

🚨 Dogwood Plumbing – Extremely Unprofessional Conduct and Misrepresentation 🚨

We are documenting our experience with Dogwood Plumbing to ensure others are fully informed before engaging their services.

A service technician from this company performed work on our property that resulted in significant plumbing issues. Following that visit, we experienced extensive drainage and sewage problems throughout the home. After reporting these concerns and requesting that the matter be corrected, Dogwood Plumbing dispatched a technician for a follow-up service.

Upon arrival, and without being out of his vehicle for more than five minutes, the technician became verbally aggressive, shouting profanities and exhibiting hostile behavior. The entire encounter was captured on our security cameras—the technician was unaware he was being recorded.

Rather than addressing the workmanship concerns or the technician’s behavior, Dogwood Plumbing later issued publicly false statements in response to our review. Their comments were inaccurate, misleading, and intended to deflect from the substance of the complaint—namely, their unprofessional conduct and lack of accountability.

It is important for potential customers to understand that this company’s approach to conflict resolution involved denial, deflection, and misrepresentation, rather than responsibility or professionalism.

Based on our experience, Dogwood Plumbing demonstrated behavior that was unacceptable, unprofessional, and inconsistent with basic industry standards.

Very quick to respond and professional. Had a plumbing emergency and were able to help the same day even being during the holidays. Will definitely use them for any needs in the future and recommend them to friends.

I submitted a request for a water heater repair. I spoke with Ben. Ben said a lot but never actually sent me anything or did anything. So I went with another company. Plenty of other options.

Dogwood Plumbing service was friendly, prompt to answer the phone and schedule same day service on a Monday. The service required snaking a slow drain which took approximately one hour to clean. Cost was $275. I would use this company again but I will likely shop for low cost.

Our outdoor hose spigot was leaking. The plumber showed up quickly and did excellent work. Not only did he fix the issue, he made upgrades to the system to improve it's functionality and ease of access for future projects.

They came the other day to fix and replace my faucets and I can say it was done very well. They were very professional and at a great price. I definitely will be using them again!
