Needed help with the plumbing work for a soft water system. Absolutely great service. I had a last minute ask and they were able to help me with no issue. It didn’t take them long to provide quality service. Very happy with the outcome and this will definitely be my go to for all my plumbing needs.

I cannot recommend Ben enough—he was fantastic to work with. He came out very quickly and gave great insight on how to accomplish a tough project. He provided multiple options to ensure the least amount of damage to the house and came up with a great solution. He was an excellent communicator and very honest. I’d recommend him to anyone

Tried to charge me $340 for a $20 capacitor that is under warranty. Told me they wouldn't honor warranty because they didn't install system. Bunch of nonsense. Doesn't matter who installs it. Will not call again. These guys are crooks.

I’m always extremely happy with the service provided by Carden. They are always on time, call 30 minutes before arriving, and complete the service in a timely manner. The techs are polite and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

We’ve been very happy with the work that Carden did installing the HVAC in our new home in 2018 and with the follow up/fine tune visits they’ve made since then. The annual maintenance program is well worth the price. I highly recommend them.

Update: The company is still amazing. The technician that comes out for my maintenance are always wonderful. I wish I remembered the last two tech names to give them a shot out. Please have no hesitation with going with this company I have no regrets at all.

Hands down everything was professional from placing the 1st call, the service tech, and installation of my brand new A/C unit. I would love to include the service techs name (forgot smh) but he was the most sweetest, genuine patient person ever. Truly heaven sent everyone was the absolutely the best I wouldn't imagine doing business with anyone else. I went based off reviews and every review is true. They will not stir you wrong I promise. Great Value! Great Response! Genuine Concern! Exceptionally High Level of Professionalism! (This company even answers their phones when you call them! - Hardly any entity does that these days!). Angela, whom I assume is either the office manager or the owner of the company, as always when I call, is cheerful, concerned, and helpful. She treats the issue as though it was her own.

The service technician, Austin, is a joy and a pleasure to work with. He’s extremely knowledgeable and humble, apologetic, considerate, and kind.

He took care of the issue and provide a service with a smile!

And he made sure that I understood that it was covered by the warranty!

Not only was Gabe very professional, but he kept me informed with every step. He made sure I knew what was going on and what he thought the problem was. I never felt like he was trying to up-sale me on a new unit or things that I didn’t need. I would highly recommend Carden!

I was out of town for 8 months for illness and found my A/C out when I got back. I called Carden and they came right away and repaired my unit. All the staff are kind and very helpful. They go the extra mile to help and they genuinely care.

Clearly experienced individuals and found the problem quickly. Fixed the problem the first time they worked on it and the AC is still working. Did not like having to pay for a service call in addition to required repairs. I thought they were a bit pricey, but they do seem to be really good at what they do. Did not like having to wait for next day repairs instead of getting it repaired the same day as the service call.

The team from Carden were able to get an entire system replaced as well as put a new return in within 3 hours! The system in my house was out and we had a baby shower planned and only 2 days until the event. I called and they handled everything quickly and efficiently! Thank you Carden!

The best!!! My air went out last night and Carden Heating & Air, inc. was out by 8:30 am this morning. He found the problem quickly and had me back up and running within 10 minutes. Wonderful customer service that you just don’t see anymore. Signed me up for maintenance two times a year….hopefully this will keep me from having any AC problems in the future.

The service person was quick to respond, pleasant and seemed more than capable of performing this repair work. He was here less than 30 minutes and the job was completed and for a fair price. We will continue using Carden for all of our HVAC needs.

They showed up on time with a great explanation of services. They were able to quote me the most affordable price as well! The technicians were friendly, helpful and worked hard to make sure I had everything I needed. I will absolutely be calling on them again for anything that should arise!

We have always had a large Birmingham company service our unit and we weren't very impressed with their service group. So when it came time to get a new unit we started looking around. We had 6 different companies come quote our new system (large and small companies). We didn't stop our research there. Whenever possible I went and looked at a system each of those companies had installed to get an idea of the quality of their installers. I had never heard of Carden before, but they came very highly recommend and after seeing their quality work and receiving the quote I understood why. We considered several of the quotes, but Carden offered a far superior unit at a better price than other quoted for a cheaper unit. They came and installed the unit the next business day and they did a phenomenal job. Kyle quoted our system and he was here for the install to make sure everything was taken care of just as we discussed. I can't say enough about the great job everyone at Carden did to take care of us. Carden will be the only company touching our system from now on.
