Do not hire this plumber. Replaced leaking pipe. His repair leaked worse than original. Paid him a LOT of money and had to call another plumber to repair his work (more money). BEWARE.

Called Jon Knight Plumbing after I had Benjamin Franklin Plumbing at my home for an estimate. Jon was able to fix the leak in my crawl space for way less than what Benjamin Franklin quoted me. Highly recommended.

Awful, Do not call this company...Jon Knight gave us a COMPLETE misdiagnosis, he was very unprofessional & unprepared & distracted while talking to me on the phone. First off, He couldnt find the shut off valve and my brother found it, uncoverd it in 10 min & Then he said there wasnt any water coming in the house but that was because he didnt even try the HOT side, it was turned off at the gas (which wasnt even the reason he was called there) so he was going to charge this amount in the photos to do a major job that didnt even exist so we reduced the sales price of the home for nothing because of this false problem because its under contract. He charged us 250.00 and did nothing, I dont mind paying for his gas but I think I deserve a credit & He originally was replying to me now he AND his wife are ignoring my emails once I requested a credit for misdiagnosis. I dont know how either sleep at night being this type of person who claims to be a MASTER plumber and says he provides accurate estimates, its bougus!

Wow, is all I can say! I came home to a burst pipe. I called another plumbing company and they had no one available. I called Jon and he said he would come take a look. He arrived quickly, was very personable, helped locate the issue and fixed the problem. I am glad to recommend him.

He and his son arrived right when they said they would. Both were beyond polite and went to great lengths to insure that the mess was no bigger than was required. While he was there for a plugged toilet we decided to upgrade to taller toilets. They were able to do them both that day and at a great price. Jon Knight Plumbing is who I'll call from now on.

I WOULD LEAVE ZERO STARS AND NEEDS TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS IF I COULD!!!!! ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE YOU WILL EVER USE! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! My husband and I returned home from a trip away with family to our hot water heater broken, being advised from family and friends I was told to contact a plumber! My husband and I were desperate to get some hot water in our home so I contacted this company. “I should have done more research.” When I contacted Knight plumbing he was timely on coming to see our heater but then left us with out hot water for an entire weekend telling us that he needed to find a special one with a great warranty. By the time he returned the FOLLOWING WEEK. He spent a couple hours LITERALLY RIPPING THE WALLS OUT OF MY HOME and bossing around his son. My husband was at work during this installing process so when “Jon” was leaving he informed me that my husband could just put all of our walls he tore down back. Assuming he could, I just agreed at that point I was just happy for hot water and a shower in our home. When my husband returned home that night to see our house with walls removed he was furious and said I absolutely do not have tools to repair this also we paid over a thousand for this service to be left like this. When my husband went to check the valve to the water it was also broken off….. so like anyone would, we contacted the Knight company in hopes that he would come repair the walls he destroyed and replace the valve he broke. Instead he has blocked my calls and text after multiple attempts to contact him in trying to resolve this solution. THIS WAS A NIGHTMARE.

Horrible experience ! Do not use.
A renter called him about a tub faucet that was leaking. He gave her an itemized list of parts needed to correct the problem, totaling $900. He said the house needed 2 water pressure regulators for $620, a shut off valve for $18.35, couplings for $150, a dial regulator for $79.17 , a copper pipe for $7.50, and a delta cartridge for $64.39. Additionally, he said he would need $275 - $350 in labor costs bringing the total to over $1,200.
He asked for the renter to give him a check up front for $938.74 so that he could go buy the parts.
She called me so that he could explain on speaker phone what needed to be done. I questioned the amount and the need for 2 water pressure regulators that he said were needed as I have never heard of that. This is a 1,200 square foot home with one bathroom.
I said that the amount seemed high to me and that I needed to get another estimate.
I did not contact him and ask him to give me an estimate, nor did I contract for any work to be done.
He then texted me that I owed him $187 for a trip charge and $90 for a diagnostic fee.
In the past, I have been asked to pay a $69 -$99 estimate fee to repairmen. In every instance it has been requested and agreed upon before the repairman comes to the property.
I phoned another plumber that came out that day and repaired the leaking valve and 1 water pressure regulator for $585. I asked in advance if he had a trip fee or estimate fee and he said no.
Three days later Jon Knight posted a negative google review on my page saying that I did not pay repairmen.
I contacted him to ask him to take it down. He said that he would take it down when I paid him $277 for the hour that he spent at the property.
It is interesting that his business plan is to give a price that is double the going rate for a repair. Then, if he does not get the job, he charge $277 an hour or he will post a negative review.
If anyone is interested, they can look at your google page, Angi's List, The Better Business Bureau and see multiple negative reviews on you and your business. They will also see that you have posted over 40 negative google reviews, mostly to fast food restaurants.
This is the first and only negative review that I have ever posted however felt like it was my duty to warn others of what they will experience if they call this man.

I didn't give him a one-star rating because he didn't do good work or because he overcharged me. Honestly I would give no stars because after calling on a Friday to make an appointment for the following Thursday he ghosted me. He was supposed to arrive at 9:00 a.m. at 10:00 I sent him a text asking if he was going to be able to make it. At 11:00 I tried both phone numbers I had and both went immediately to a voicemail box that said it had not been set up. I can think of a lot of reasons he might not have been able to make it but absolutely none that he couldn't bother to notify me. I made it very clear to him when we spoke where I lived and made sure that he had no problem driving that far and was told he did it all the time. I don't know anything about the short of work he does but as far as I'm concerned he's not ethical and I wouldn't trust him if I were you

Very quick service! Very professional. They were able to come out the same day, take a look at our issue and get started right away. Will definitely call them anytime I need anything plumbing related. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience with this company for a water heater replacement. We got a next-day appointment, and they had the job finished by noon
