They absolutely went above and beyond! I haven’t seen my house this clean in a very long time. We got my husbands cancer diagnosis over a year ago and I’ve been left to work full time, take care of the kids, my husband and all house chores. There’s not enough time in the day with me getting pulled in every direction! They so graciously came and helped when I needed it the most! We got told last Thursday he has up to 4 months to live if this new chemotherapy doesn’t work and if it does work it wouldn’t keep him stable but up to a year. We have many appointments coming up at new hospitals to give him hope and ya’ll just took a huge weight off my shoulders! Literally I’m in tears at how well this house looks! Thank you both so so much!

Update: we are absolutely stunned with how well they do! Seriously have never seen my house this clean! The attention to detail is what sets them apart from anyone else! Both of my kids were so excited to see how Pristine their rooms are! I will definitely recommend to all of my friends!

They did an absolutely amazing job. They have a slogan "We don't cut corners, we clean them!" And they sure lived up to that. Everything was spotless and places were cleaned that I didn't even realize needed cleaning! Highly recommend!

We are very pleased with the service received from Cullman Appliance Repair. The Jenn-Air part we required was on back order for several weeks. Sonia was very kind and shared our frustrations, and worked to finally secure the part. As soon as the part came in, they installed it the next day. Their technician, James Roberts, was professional, courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. It’s great to find such reputable service providers that come to the Smith Lake area.

Adam showed up on time and was very friendly, knowledgeable, and and very kind. He explained everything he was doing and was very honest. If you need an appliance repair, ask for Adam. He is the best and the price was reasonable.

Tyler is super! Very professional and overall a great guy. He explained everything very well and told us what was best for our situation.

Adam is officially our household hero. He fixed our ice maker, which means my boujee kids can finally fill their water bottles without acting like they’re surviving a drought. He was friendly, fast, and didn’t even judge me for the small glacier that had formed in the freezer. 10/10 — would absolutely call Adam again before my kids start melting down over a non-dispensing ice maker!

Ben came on time. He was neat clean and professional. He was able to diagnose a complex issue with a newer 'hi-tech computerized' washer/dryer combo.
Makes me long for the 1980's when appliances had dials and switches and worked flawlessly for 15 years.

I called Cullman Appliance to have a technician come out to check my dishwasher. Adam came out. Very professional and polite. Checked out the dishwasher and did not try to sale me something I did not need. Problem was resolved.
