Richard Electric services my Generac generator at Smith lake and does a great job. I have been so pleased that I now have a service contract with them which helps ensure I am never without power whether in the heat of August or the cold of January or anytime in between.

Rickard Electric came out to my home to give me a quote on a new install for a upstairs addition. Barret was on time and very professional. He asked all the right questions for my project, measure out size, asked what insulation I was going with. He knew my needs. I asked alot of questions and he had the answers on the spot. He was not a salesman he was a Seasoned HVAC, electiclal mechanical technician that knew his craft, products and building codes.

His quote was very reasonable and they where able to do all the work including electrical
any without me having to hire an electrician.

The install crew was fast, didn't waste any time. They did have to come back to install a return that was not in the orional lay out and bathroom vent that was unavailable on the origional install date.

They helped with energy inspection, providing a the needed specs of the unit.

I would defiantly use their service again and have referred them to others already.

One word. Excellent.
The only hvac company around that also installs or modifies existing duct work (residential). Installed a new heat pump/ac at best cost in town as well. Brought up the existing installation to electrical code. Very professional. Every wire tucked up neatly.
Stopped by several times after the install just to check that everything worked correctly.

It was extremely hot the day the AC failed. Response time to my phone call for help was impressively quick and diagnosis to cure of the problem was less than an hour. Amazing but typical for Richard Electric. Kudos to Kenny (electrician) and Demara ( phone receptionist). Use these folks. They have the best quality services.

My HVAC system in the attic quit working; they arrived in a matter of a couple of hours, and had me running within a half hour. Crew was very professional, service charge was quite reasonable. I would highly recommend them!
