I delivered a load to this location on 4/18/24 and I just want to give kevin some recognition. He was the one who unloaded my truck and he was amazing. Super friendly , kind and very helpful. I wouldn't mind delivering to this location again. The entire staff was actually quite friendly and helpful thank you all so much!!

I have used Richard Electric for over 6 years for both new Carrier HVAC systems, HVAC maintenance, and Emergency Power Generator maintenance. They are always on time for appointments and professional in service. I would highly recommend calling them for service and new HVAC installation.

Very disappointed in the professionalism of this company and the quality of service. I have two units that were installed by them. My upstairs unit wasn’t working so I had them come out to check it. They diagnosed that the capacitor needed to be replaced. Since they were already there, I had them check the downstairs unit too, and it also needed to be replaced. After the repairman left, the upstairs unit worked… the Downstairs unit, however wasn’t working… (it was working before he got there), it wasn’t even turning on. I made several (5-6) calls emails with pictures, I was belittled, and talked down to, being told that it was normal for there to be a 5 degree difference (yet the difference was 7-9 degrees), they wanted me to pay additional fees, and I was told that an owner would be in contact with me, but that never occurred. After two weeks of going back and forth, with no one reaching back out to me, I had to call a computable company, who came out the next day (a Saturday, and was quickly able to identify the problem. The repairman did not connect the wires when he replaced the capacitor on the downstairs unit, which resulted in the entire unit not working.

The carelessness of Richard Electric and the unprofessionalism of not listening to a female client and her legitimate concerns caused my family to be uncomfortable for two weeks and created unnecessary expenses. I had to pay for someone else to fix the problem they created.

Richard Electric was very efficient in diagnosing the problem with our unit and advised replacement which was done in a timely manner.

Has a good customer service attitude. I’ve spoken to Sherri on a couple of occasions with rescheduling etc… and she works to convenience us and stay on top of the problem. The service tech Matt, communicated with us on every thing he needed to do and did. Thank you again for fitting us in earlier than scheduled.

Their sales staff properly assessed the HVAC needs at my home and at my office. They have prompt service and well-trained technicians. I've always been pleased with the service I've received from Richard Electric Company.

Friendly staff and excellent service. My central air stopped working and the technician had it up and running in short order. He took time to explain the problem and answered all of my questions. I will definitely contact them for all of my future heating and cooling needs. Highly recommend!

*Edit, after a conversation with Josh I was able to arrange repair on Saturday morning. I have add to this review but I think the final feedback is make sure to discuss all options ahead of time. My only final concern so far is I have not seen the bill*
- They installed the HVAC in my new home, called them shortly after the builders warranty expired to find out a component was broken, they turned off the unit in August and said they could come back on a Monday to fix it. I have young kids that will be baking this weekend, would not use or recommend.

I have had no problem at all with this company. The office personnel are great! very helpful and friendly, I really appreciate them letting me know what service guy is coming, The service guys are so nice and always on time and they are very knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you for having very professional employees! Recently the service guy came fixed my problem after closing. Thank you, Richard Electric, you're the best ever!!

Overpriced, rude and after 30 yrs of doing business with them I going elsewhere.

I can't say enough about this company. They installed the HVAC in our new house and have made several calls when we have had warranty issues. Always professional and solve the problem. Very respectful of our home and very knowledgeable in solving issues. Josh and Matthew are the best! Thank you for such great service!

Richard Electric Co. did a great job on our AC unit. They were very professional and responded immediately when we needed our air conditioning unit repaired during the heat of the summer!! We definitely recommend Richard Electric and will use them again in the future!

Richard Electric has been with us since our restaurant opened in the spring of 2018. Responsible for the entire HVAC system, they have maintained our service well both our main roof units, along with the split wall units inside the space. It is a challenge, to say the least to keep our space cooled in the summer. Richard Electric has proven not only reliable but always ready to help in a pinch. During the hot summer months, when our needs are at their greatest, Richard Electric has proven to not only be a friend but a great partner in helping us serve our customers well.

Richard Electric has been servicing my HVAC system for about 5 years. I always see the same serviceman, who is very knowledgeable and honest. My unit is 25 yrs old, and Richard's has made a few repairs and done service work. They are always friendly and professional. Very reasonable prices and efficient staff.

Blake George did our HVAC inspection and was on time, professional, courteous, and thorough. Dealt with a sweet lady named Sherry to set up the appointment. Highly recommend this company.

This company is ALL THE THINGS you look for when it comes to A trade in new home construction. Also, customer service at homes that have been erect for any amount of time! The guys that run this company have a great business model, and particularly Josh, whom has gone above and beyond his call of duty to help me. The best service I've ever received to repair something in my home. Showed up to diagnose 12 minutes after I spoke with the office. Diagnosed the unit on Friday and repaired with the part on Monday. More than reasonable fair and honest bill with no surprises. Will not do business with anyone else. Mr. Jerry was professional and efficient and I don't want anyone else in my home!
