My heat pump stopped working on a 20' morning. Called Payne's for help. He already had a full day of appointments but added me to his list. It was 7 pm when he arrived, freezing and dark but he got right to work. Not an easy job either crawling under the smallest crawl space ever. Dont know many serviceman that would come that late. He said he didnt want a family to be cold. Oh and In the meantime he called and talked me through possible scenarios that could be causing the problem hoping to resolve the issue without a visit.Would recommend him to anyone. Service cost was reasonable too.

Amazing service! I can't brag enough on this guy. Not only was he fast to reply; he was respectful, professional and didn't overcharge! Not to mention really fun to talk to! If you have ANY problems with your AC or heating, call him! He was here same day and fixed my problem in no time. I still can't believe it. THANK YOU!

We are very pleased with Payne’s service. He is very professional, polite, and very knowledgeable. He showed us why our AC unit stopped working and the mistakes the previous HVAC company did to cause the AC unit to stop working. We will be using him again for any of our HVAC problems.

Payne’s AC was great! He had ft us in his busy schedule and came and figured out the problem within seconds. Fixed what the prior AC company messed up on and was finished quickly. We really felt comfortable with him and what all he was telling us about our unit he was professional, helpful, and the price was right. Other company’s charge more and do the job wrong. With Payne’s AC we started feeling cold air asap. Definitely will be giving him a call if needed again.

Our heat went out last week. We tried calling out a repair person twice and they never showed. We googled Payne Heating and he told us he would be out the next day. He called and showed up on time. Very nice and professional got the job done fast and was honest in his findings and recommendations. He gets 5 stars and we will be using him again for all our heating and ac needs.

We moved to Smith Lake a few months ago and Harold Payne and his crew have replaced every HVAC unit we have. We cannot say enough about their timeliness, quality of work, and communication. Truly a class organization.

Great service!!!!! Had an issue I thought my blower motor was going out on my heat system. Harold came out took a quick look at it an in 15 min had my system up and running. Harold is honest and straight forward. He is reliable and charges a fair price. I used him twice to replace thermostats. We have a place on Smith Lake where some businesses mark up their services for lake people. Harold does not do that. He does good work. He is professional. I called him tonight because my unit froze up in the super cold weather. i figured he needed to come out. He told me to turn it off, and it would be fine when the weather gets back in the 40's. It is a pleasure to deal with someone who is honest. i highly recommend Harold Payne.

Harold was very responsive and helpful in getting our heat pump issue fixed. Very reasonably priced and went out of his way to get our warranty for parts to bring down cost. Great business man, very polite. We will recommend him to anyone as well as use him for future HVAC needs.

Payne Heating and Air Conditioning are awesome. Harold, the owner, evaluated my heating and cooling system within a day or two of me contacting him. We decided on the appropriate replacement system and he quickly ordered it and installed it in March. He and his crew removed and replaced my system in one day. Along with the units he even replaced my thermostat with one which is WIFI enabled. This is an awesome feature. I highly recommend Harold and his company for anyone needing heating and air conditioning work.

These guys were Johnny on the spot. Called in early they arrived in a couple of hours and knocked the problem out. Even did me right on the pricing. Great people, great job. Thanks guys. Excellent Service! I called Harold this morning about a problem with my heater making noise. The same day, Harold and Bryce came out to my house and fixed it up within an hour! Very professional and friendly service and a reasonable price. I am so pleased and will continue to use Payne's Service's for all my heating and AC needs. :)

I do not normally write reviews, but I called late the other evening because the AC was no longer working. He arrived shortly thereafter and was very friendly and professional. The issue was quickly diagnosed. He was able to get the part I needed the next day and have the AC up and running. He was able to shop around to get me the best price on the part, very communicative through the whole process. I will be using him for my future AC needs!

We've had a couple of emergencies at our apartment the last couple of weeks due to the extreme heat and we were really happy with their responsiveness and quality of work. Came out right away and were able to diagnose the problem and fix it in a quick manner.
