Whenever we have called Payne's they are out quickly and fix whatever our issue is. They are so nice and also trustworthy! They are always on time or even early. They call whenever they have to change the time, which has always been an earlier time frame. They always show up! We just think they are the very best!

Harold and his guys came out to check my HVAC system that stopped cooling yesterday afternoon. It was partially lucky timing on the phone call, but they were at my house within 30 minutes and had my system going within 30 minutes after that. Nice guys that knew what they were doing! If I have issues again, I will definitely give them a call. Highly recommended!

Just moved in and needed a new unit. True professional service. Explained everything so I could understand. (Unit, Warranty, etc). Easy scheduling in under a week. Installed unit and left my yard and house in better condition than when they arrived. Will be my AC company for a long time. Highly recommended.

Payne’s Heating and Air Conditioning Services are Awesome. Last year we had an issue with our Nest thermostat, when the owner came out he diagnosed the issue rapidly and determined that the thermostat base ring had failed. As our heat-pumps were 19+ years old, he mentioned they would need to be replaced in the near future due to the limited supplies and cost of the refrigerant. Fast forward to this spring and we were ready to make the required updates. Their team came out and took the necessary measurements and provided us with our options for replacement units. We chose new Daikin units, within 5 days they had the units ready to be installed. They came out and within 10 hours took out the old units and installed the new units. Great service from and awesome company, and the price was reasonable. I would highly recommend them if you need service or need your cooling/heating system replaced!

Paynes Heating and Air are hands down the best in the business! Brice and Brandon made sure that my "sick" HVAC unit was diagnosed correctly and made sure it was back up and going the same day. They are very trustworthy and professional. If you want the best service for your HVAC needs, these are the guys to call!

My air conditioning unit went out. I called them at 4 o’clock in the afternoon and he came out to help repair it even though he closed at 5 PM. He was very professional, very kind and was more concerned about making sure my children and I had air during the heat, rather than a payment . He rescheduled other events in order to help me out. I will continue to use and recommend him to anyone who is in need of assistance.

My husband and I bought a new mobile home, the home was located in Blount county. Barry came to Blount county from cullman to drain the Freon out of the air conditioner for us then when we got the home moved he came out to set everything back up. With the weather getting colder he checked our furnace and saw it wasn't working right. He spent several hours figuring out what was wrong then finally had to install a new thermostat. He was very friendly and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend him or anyone that works with/for him. Thanks so much for helping and being so friendly.
