Our technician found the issue and immediately ordered the part. As soon as the part came in they called, and I missed the call, called few days later and our technician was off but someone else stepped up and got us fixed. I will definitely use them again!!

Adam was truly remarkable. Between knowledge and customer service, and showing up right on time he was in and out within 20 minutes. I’m very impressed with Cullman appliance and will always use them for our appliance repair needs! Also, being able to make the service call online, and recieving texts with updates was a major plus! Fantastic service! Even though my stove decided to work when Adam showed up he was honest, and professional. He took the time to check everything, explain what the issue may have been and made sure I understood if if acted up again within the 90 days i was covered under the service call. Cullman Appliance always shows up with Prompt and professional service. I called at 8:00 and Alex was here a few minutes before the 12:00 appointment time. He worked methodically and diagnosed the problem with the washing machine. He ordered the necessary part from our home and will return later in the week to replace it. I have used Cullman Appliance several times with good results.

Cullman Appliance Repair provided excellent service. They arrived right on time, and their app confirmed my appointment the day before and notified me when the technician was 30 minutes away. I could even track the technician’s arrival in real time. Jordan was extremely professional, diagnosed the issue quickly, and even offered to adjust the refrigerator door before leaving. Highly recommend their service.

Tyler came a little early thankfully he was a little ahead of schedule. He text me to to see if it would be okay to come early. After a quick check he determined the problem and gave me an estimate on how much it would be to repair the washer. Very polite and professional and would recommend him to anyone.

Dylan was awesome, he answered all my questions, a very nice person, also Adam replaced my ice maker and it is working very well they were both very informative, on time, worked cleanly and quickly I will definitely call back with any other issues that I have.

The service man was on time parenthesis a little bit early) and he did his diagnosis quickly. Unfortunately, the diagnosis was it makes more sense to buy a new refrigerator. And only case, the service man was very helpful and I think he knew what he was doing.

I highly recommend Cullman Appliance. From booking an appointment online until the completion of the service call , they were great. Alex was very polite and professional and was 10/10! He had my washer up and running again in about 30 minutes . The pricing was very affordable as well.

Adam arrived at our home, immediately jumped into action and solved our problem with our dishwasher. He was very knowledgeable, polite and helpful!! I have been washing dishes by hand the last 3 days and when he fixed our problem on the spot I told him I haven’t been that happy since Christmas morning!! Great company and true professionals!
