Jeremiah came to fix the fan in our commercial freezer that was found to be not working properly during a maintenance check. As soon as the part came in, he arrived to replace the part. He was friendly, very professional, and made sure everything was working properly again before he left. Definitely recommend Cullman Appliance for all your appliance repairs! You will not be disappointed!

Tech arrived ~10 min early (good). He was friendly and got right to the job at hand and quickly diagnosed the issue. He was able to repair it immediately. Great job!

Im so impressed with Cullman Appliance Repair and especially Adam Roberts. After 3 previous attempts from repairmen from LG, Adam saved the day. He was professional and courteous, and successfully addressed the problems in a matter of minutes after many months of hassles. Adam addressed all my concerns with the LG refrigerator and I’m confident the repairs will be appropriately handled in a speedy manner. I would like to request that Adam is scheduled to return when the necessary parts arrive. I’ll definitely keep the Cullman Appliance card for future reference

We had a bit of complicated fix due to red tape with the company we purchased the oven from, the parts manufacturers and the warranty people. Cullman Appliances & HVAC Repair were the only ones to actually help us and stay motivated enough to help get our repairs done. Our repair man Tyler and the ladies that he had to stay in contact with at their office, were fantastic. I believe it was a total of 6 visits due to more parts being needed and wrong parts being sent by the manufacturer before our oven was back up and running. We certainly appreciate the hard work and dedication from Tyler and Cullman Appliances. They have gained repeat customers if we have any other issues.

My wife texted me the other night at work and said the washing machine was leaking water. I took the hoses off the pump to see if it was clogged and a small wire clip broke off and I thought oh crap now I’ve done it. This was Saturday morning and no one was open for repair. Rhonda saw that I called but didn’t leave a message, so she called and I’m glad she did. Not one other company returned calls with messages I left. I didn’t know if I could get a technician out the same day but Rhonda made it happen and sent Alex to Decatur to help us out. Alex checked the pump which I thought was bad and said everything was completely fine and he even fixed the wire and placed a new clip on the wire and had the washing machine up and running in 45 minutes. Alex checked everything out could not find a leak and did not know why the water had leaked on the washer other than maybe the detergent dispenser was filled too full, by accident causing the water to flow over the top of the drum.
Thank you, Alex for a fast professional job But also thank you to Rhonda for making the same-day service possible. Because of the great customer service, knowledgeable fast repair of Alex and the reasonable price I won’t use anyone else for my appliance repairs or service.

My serviceman Adam was great! He introduced himself. Polite and friendly. Looked at the washer and knew the issue. Explained to me the problem and quoted me a price.
