Gatlin (owner of the company) and his staff did an excellent job on our tree trimming of Live Oak Tree Limbs that were hanging over our House. He removed the limbs carefully and also left the yard spotless after completing the job. I am so glad he did a job for our neighbor and we were able to have him do our project.

Gatlin and his crew did a superb job. I’ve had other tree companies in the past that frankly left me with huge messes to clean up. There was no mess or torn up yard with these guys. Truly a first class operation and the price was more that fair. I would recommend them to anyone

Big Green Tree Machine removed an 80’ pine tree which was dead after recently being struck by lightning. It was located at the far back corner of our property and access was much easier from a neighbor’s driveway. With the neighbor’s approval, the dead pine along with four other trees were removed. The crew worked very well together, had the equipment to leave the yards as they had found them, were polite and personable. They did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone.

Gatlin was highly recommended by the lawn care company that will be installing irrigation and sod following the job due to their track record of thoroughness in stump and root removal. He was easy to get in touch with and very responsive. He came out and gave a same day quote and got me on the schedule for the following week immediately. His prices beat every quote I received and was able to remove 8 trees and stumps in half the amount of time others suggested it would take and even had time to remove 3 additional trees unplanned for my neighbor the same day. His big green tree machine is no joke. It’s by far the quickest and safest way to remove trees in the area and comes with much less risk of property damage. Highly recommend.

So, my cat was missing a few days and we discovered it in a tree in our neighbors yard with a pair of friendly puppers keeping it well gaurded. We tried the police and fire department and everywhere else but they couldn't help us. We tried all the tree services in the area but in the end we only got these guys on the phone and available...or more so willing or equipped to come out and rescue a kitty. At first our neighbors weren't into having us inquiring about removing the cat or touching the tree but they managed to negotiate with the neighbors into letting them take the whole tree. They had recently said they wanted to remove the tree anyways so....a win for them as well. Out of the kindness of their heart these folks removed the entire tree with Mars (my cat) upon it and gently set the tree down with enough precision Mars never fell off. The neighbors liked their work so much they paid to have a second tree removed! Thanks to their act of kindness....I have my Mars back safe in his home and they didnt charge me anything!!! If youre looking for good people, if not the best, to perform tree services, I'd wager this, is absolutely the place to go. The first tree they removed we had placed on our property and they very skillfully took the huuuge pecan tree across the street under the powerlines and onto our property without a single hiccup. It was very cool to watch the whole process. As for me and my opinion of this business. Its the best around and people that make up the business are great people.

Gatlin was efficient at communicating to provide a quote and walking the property to view what trees needed to be removed. He didn't try to talk over my concerns and charge me an exorbitant price! He addressed my questions and offered simple, straight forward solutions. They offer fast scheduling and his crew were efficient, took great care of the area, and were in and out in a short amount of time! Professional, efficient, and thorough. A real pleasure to work with these guys. They showed up when they said they would They took out a huge water oak in just a little over an hour, then spent the next hour cleaning up. Very professional. I would send them to my grandmother if she needed tree work.

Gatlin and his crew did an outstanding job and you can tell that they run an extremely professional operation. Safety was paramount and everybody on the crew knew what their role and responsibilities were to keep the operation running timely, smoothly, and with minimal downtime. I’m sure you could find cheaper options out there, but you will not find a better ran operation with a highly trained crew who does the job right. On top of it all, the rate was very reasonable and I will not hesitate to contact again for my next tree service.

We hired Gatlin and his crew to clean off a fence line and take down a bunch of camphor limbs over our backyard and greenhouse. They did a superb job. I doubt so much as a branch fell on the greenhouse. I highly recommend The Big Green Machine.
