Prompt, effective and thorough removal of a ginormous live-oak limb that split off my tree, over the fence and filled my neighbor's yard! It was done in one afternoon and EVERYTHING was taken away -- a most reasonable price. Will use again at need, and spread the word to all my friends!

Absolutely professional from start to finish. The men showed up on time, were courteous when they saw my husband or I and there was absolutely no profanity (which, I’d expect from a crew working outside). We had a large tree that was very close to our house that we wanted removed. The crew arrived when they said they would. They did a great job removing the tree without any damage to the property and cleaned up the yard when they were finished. They were very professional from start to finish. These guys know what they are doing and I would definitely use them again.

We were so impressed with the care, quality of service and affordability of the service provided by Chris Francis Tree Care. I think that we had the “Green” crew. The employees were polite, on time, and worked non stop until they got the job done. We had several trees removed and stumps ground. They left our yard looking better than it was when they arrived!

I am sad they grinned a stump farther down than I told them and it cost $564.00 to repair our grinder pump for our sewer. I spoke to the owner explained everything and he refused to accept any responsibility for damaging the pipe on our grinder pump. And didn’t t offer to cover the repair or even pay any of it. Be warned.

I am sad I tried to have a reasonable conversation with the owner and all he cares about is being right. I asked for the stump to be ground level to the ground not 6" below-so the tech did not listen to my words-and I am so fine with accidents or mistakes-I am serious he would not hear me out at all. Yes I was in a panic to get the grinder pump pipe repaired-nasty.

Also it is not up to me to bid your jobs-so please don't use giving us a deal as a poor excuse for your mistake. I am super reasonable and feel like you were not interested in the least to hear me out-shame on you. I am familiar with contracts but be a decent human next time. The End.

Very reputable company who did an excellent job pruning my large oak tree in a small area. The crew was polite, professional and safety oriented. They did a superb clean up. I can highly recommend their services.

Extremely professional in their work. I am a filmmaker and I have an incident where my drone got stuck on top of a tree at least 30 feet high. They're extremely nice and returned my drone in great functional condition. It was a very challenging and precise job and they were hospitable, kind, and absolute experts.

I recently moved here from another state. I had 80' tall oaks, sycamores, catalpa, cedars, etc. and a friend with a tree service. Too far for him to come here with equipment. I did the next best thing, I found someone with the ability to do the job well. I contacted Chris Francis Tree Care. I do think that tracked arbor lift would be handy - painting, changing lighting, gutters. TY!

Here's the long story: After we experienced the loss of several trees on a piece of property we had purchased specifically because of the trees, we contacted Chris Francis Tree Care. Their Certified Aborist and Plant Health Care Specialist offered a wealth of information and patiently answered all of our questions. We arranged for regular treatment and care of the trees and have been perfectly pleased. Also, you'll get a nice Christmas card every year. ;-)

As a builder, I sometimes encounter situations where customers have trees they want to keep, but we are not sure if it’s possible…considering the foundation work, and impact on the root system. Chris does an amazing job of examining the area and making recommendations on how we can best handle the situation . When trimming or removal is required, his team does an outstanding job expediting the necessary work. I highly recommend Chris Francis and his team,and will continue to be a loyal customer myself!

There’s a very good reason they have the reputation as being the best at what they do in Fairhope and surrounding areas: because they are. We hired them for a half-day property-wide project, with everything from removal of a 60-foot tree to trimming our historic oaks to clearing debris from the top of our chimney guard. We are 100% satisfied with the results, with the cost, with the efficiency, with the cleanup, with the timeliness, with the personal interactions with the crew (in our case it was the Green crew), with the proactive approach of suggesting additional no-cost services they could provide while onsite. We will absolutely use them again.

In the past I have had a few different people/companies do tree work for me - after vetting them myself. There is always clean-up after the fact and it's quite a mess. NEVER AGAIN! This time I called Chris Francis Tree Care and (1) got a free estimate with recommendations for the future of said tree from Mike, and (2) did not have anything (at all) to clean up after they were gone. The guys who did the work were knowledgeable, punctual, personable, and kept me informed about what they were doing. I was very impressed by the safety factors they maintained. They definitely work smart and are all experienced. I did not have to clean up anything - they picked up every single limb/branch/leaf that was dropped. They blew off my entire front yard and driveway and took everything with them. I am very impressed with their work and will never call anyone else to service my trees. Caden, Caleb, Nick, and the entire team that came out to assist BFV were absolutely amazing! They took the time to jump off the car of an elderly woman and got right back to work. They never missed a beat! The lineman/arborist even took the time to cut back limbs from our power lines without being asked. TENS ACROSS THE BOARD!

Wonderful easy company to work with. They did exactly what they said they would cut in the quote. Sent photos circling the limbs. The crew that came out I swear left the yard cleaner than it was before they got there.
