I thought they did a good job until they got ready to leave. In the process of getting their lift out of my yard they managed to run into a container that was housing clay pots. They managed to break several clay pots and clay saucers. Then when I turned on my irrigation system, I found out they had dropped a limb on the trees in the front yard, and it landed on the irrigation riser bending it over, and causing it to no longer function. Would not use again, nor could I recommend them. .

Chris Francis Tree Care will now be the ONLY company I call for tree removal. I had a tree fall on my house, called the number at 5:30 PM, Chris personally came to my house around 7 PM, and by 2PM the following day the tree was off of my house and removed from the property. I cannot speak highly enough of the professionalism and hard work done by this company.

Grossly underestimated the time necessary to complete the job. After paying for an additional hour the trimming necessary was still not complete and we’re left with a stump. The crew was great but we have been left unsatisfied and will have to hire someone else to complete the job when we can.

This company has helped us in multiple ways. First, we have used them to do some projects for us personally, of which turned out great! We have also referred them to several of our clients, and received overwhelming gratitude from these clients for sending them to Chris Francis. First class work and service!!!

Super, the crew came in, very professional, eager to please !!! When the work was complete, they wanted to be sure we were satisfied... We were and it was the easiest invoice I ever paid. The work as beyond what I expected. We will use them again.

They're the best tree service in Baldwin County. I found Chris Francis Tree Care through Google search. I called and Mike Francis met me at my property in Silverhill. He responded faster and quoted cheaper than the other tree removal companies I received quotes from. The job consisted of removing 1 large magnolia tree, a couple of bushes, and grinding a stump. A team of 5 guys came out in the morning and were done quickly by noon. Next tree I remove, they'll be the first guys I call.

Chris Frances team did a wonderful and very professional job in removing trees and bushes. They trimmed the live oaks and burch tree. They also trimmed and shapped the crepe myrtles and over grown ivy. The team is awesome and we highly recommend Chris Frances and his team. They are excellent and know their business

We needed a couple trees removed including one large tree that was leaning over our house, along with stumps that needed grinding from Hurricane Sally and tree limbs trimmed over our deck. CFTC sent 5 guys over who were outstanding. They completed the job on time, were able to remove the large tree without touching the house or the deck, and were able to trim several tall pines without damaging the trees (no spikes). They also cleaned up the mess, including where the stumps were ground up. They worked well as a team, and were obviously experts in the business. Kudos!

Professional staff and crew!! We are very pleased with their work, which involved taking down a massive Water Oak that was dying and another large hardwood tree that was damaged by Hurricane Zeta.
Both of the these trees were near buildings. There’s no doubt we hired the best tree company in Mobile and Baldwin Counties. Now, they are not inexpensive, but when the crew put up two large shields at a door and window to protect the building from possibly flying errant wood, I knew and understood the costs involved. At the end of the day, “You get what you pay for”, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results.

Thank you Chris Francis Tree Care for sending Donovan to our home to review a problem with our oak tree! Donovan is an expert and will take all of your questions and answer them in layman terms. He explains everything in detail. Our dear ok tree is going to die, which was not what we wanted to hear. As the tears rolled down my face he explained everything in detail of why and what will happen to our 90 year old majestic oak along with a hug. Chris Francis Tree Care was fantastic. They came out and carefully assessed what needed to be done to clean up a large oak in my front yard. About a week later, a very professional and respectful group of workers came and worked their tree trimming magic. The oak looks healthier and fuller, and limbs aren't constantly falling off every time the wind so much as whispers. They even did a fantastic job cleaning up afterwards. There wasn't so much as a stray twig left in the yard when they left.Very pleased with my experience and will certainly use them again in the future. Thank you, guys, for a job well done!

Chris Francis's team did a fabulous job removing trees on our property. They were all very professional, cleaned up debris, and went the second mile in making sure our yard was back to normal. Mike had come by previously to advise which trees needed to be cut and offer his expertise as an arborist, and give us a quote. The price was well worth it. A few months back, Will Brown, a landscape planner/designer, after assessing some landscape needs for my yard, advised that Chris Francis was "the one" to call about removing trees and he was spot on!

I was very pleased with the work that the Chris Francis team did for me. They were very well equiped to handle large jobs. They were easy to communicate with and worked quickly and efficiently to finish the job. Their clean up after the job left nothing needing further attention.

Chris Francis Tree service did and excellent job for me. Mike came out and made me feel comfortable with his tree arbortist knowledge and expertise. This company really knows how to cut the trees for correct growth and proportions that will not kill the tree. His Supervisor Ron and right hand man Brads team worked like a smooth oiled machine. They were knowledgeable quick, professional, efficient.
