This was an exceptional experience! Price was in the range we had anticipated, every single person on the crew was friendly. We had (I think the final number) 16 trees cut; and he managed to get it done in 1 day!!! And I’m not sure if my kid was more excited to watch them or if they were more excited watching her excitement. He even took time to show my kid the Big Green Machine!! I definitely recommend 10/10 and if I had more trees to cut I’d hire them again!

I wanted to share this recomendation with anyone needing expert tree service . Gattlin and his Big Green Tree Machine team recently trimmed and removed several big trees from our property which had grown over the house and were presenting a storm / termite risk. All of these limbs and trees were in difficult locations with no room for error.

The BGTM crew was productive and professional. Their equipment and capabilities made it possible to complete all of our work in one day .. where as conventional climbing and rigging would have taken several days. They cleaned up all of the brush, and ground the stumps as part of a complete service.

Gattlin was great to work with, and did a great job communicating and coordinating the work from start to finish. I would recomend the Big Green Tree Machine without hesitation and would be happy to talk with anyone who wants to confirm this recomendation.

From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless and professional. Gatlin and his crew were right on time, and they managed to cut down three large trees that were situated in some pretty sensitive areas of my yard, all without leaving any damage to my sod or landscape.
What impressed me the most was how efficient they were. They completed the entire job in under three hours, which was incredibly quick given the scale of the work. The stump grinding was done thoroughly, and when they were finished, they cleaned up all debris ( which was minimal). They completed the job as if they were a well-oiled machine.
On top of that, their pricing was extremely competitive compared to other services I looked into. They use top-tier equipment and the latest technology, which really shows in the quality of their work.

Wow the machine that showed up was amazing! These guys had a bunch of trees down in record timing. I even had a tree that was not easy to get to and they were able to maneuver around everything and get it down safely. I live on acreage and have used may tree companies and these guys were the best and had competitive pricing.

Terrific service. We had a huge dead tree in a neighbors yard which was starting to fall on our home; we needed it removed quickly before it crushed the house. Gatlin and Ronny came out quickly, were both extremely professional, knowledgeable and immediately recognized what needed to happen, shared exactly how they would do it safely and gave me a very reasonable quote (as well as being able to remove it early the next week) all with the permission of the property owner next door. We also used the opportunity to have them do some general trimming around the property, smaller branches. When they arrived to start, they had a pretty good sized crew, all in safety gear. Super friendly. They all worked very efficiently, everyone knew what to do and they were doing it. Everyone was very patient with me hovering a little and asking questions.
The piece of machinery they used was really impressive, easily half a million bucks for this contraption. After seeing it work in person, honestly I can’t think of a quicker or safer way to do everything they did today (I would imagine most services still use bucket trucks… much slower and more that could go wrong). Finally, they are fully insured and took all needed precautions to safeguard our home while all this was going on. Between that machine they use and all the help from the crew, the whole job took just under 4 hours including hauling it away and doing a thorough yard clean-up . Everyone else I got a quote from quoted for a full day and possibly into the next to do the same work. Do yourself a favor if you need some trees removed quickly and safely… call Big Green Tree Machine. You won’t regret it.

We had a large oak tree that needed to be cut quickly because it was leaning significantly towards our home. Gatlin came out the same day that I called him and provided a quotation and that was on a Saturday morning. His crew arrived on time as expected on Monday afternoon and cut that tree and did an excellent job. They removed all of the limbs, leaves and even blew the yard and driveway. I am VERY pleased with their service!

Had the big water oak in the back yard cut down since it hung over the house and had a lean towards us. The Big Green Tree Machine driven by Gatlin took that monster down in 2 1/2 hours! Going over our fence and neighbors with precision! It was amazing to watch! I could have sold tickets to watch! If you look at the stump in last picture and the size of my foot, you will see how big the tree was.

Gatlin and his crew are truly in a class of their own.
Nobody else could have done in under 3 days what they did for us in about 8 hours with a fraction of the level of risk of injury or damage.
Four towering pines looming over our home are now out of our lives forever, along with several other trees and countless limbs I had no chance to reach on my own.
As for the price…was more than reasonable. This was money very well spent!

We love our trees. We love our live oaks. A diseased water oak near your house is a bad situation for hurricane season. Our water oak has been dropping big limbs and my husband has fought keeping it cleared from the roof for years. Today we just took away our home’s risk and it only took 1 hour! 😳 Big Green Tree Machine, owner, Gatlin, and his crew were amazing. Really, one hour and completely clean street and yard. No yard or landscaping damage. Never came into our yard. Good price and so easy and nice to work with. 5 out of 5.

Gatlin and the guys did a great job. They were efficient, did exactly what they said they’d do AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, were very careful not damage any surrounding trees and landscaping. I wouldn’t consider calling anyone else.

Big Green Tree Removal and it's owner Gatlin Bertolla are flat out amazing. Started with me asking for a quote on a 40-50 ft Cedar and a 20 ft tall/6 ft diameter Oak Trunk to remove. Gatlin was over the next day. We shook on a price (no deposit) and said they would be back within 3 weeks. They were!
Showed up with the "big Green Machine" and removed the huge Cedar in 4 bites. Awesome to watch. They then cut down the Oak trunk and cut in in pieces. All was removed in a huge truck, with absolutely NO mess left.
Gatlin's father came in the same day and ground both stumps. Very fast, very professional. (Left me with a lot of good mulch :)

The additional thing that really impressed me was the crew that showed up to my house. Very professional, polite, and worked fast!!! Just a couple hours and they were gone. But, I spoke with the crew, and you could tell they really enjoyed their job, and raved about working for Gatlin. A great employer retains great people.
I would not hesitate for a second to recommend Big Green Tree Removal for any job. They were reasonably priced, provided outstanding work and were just great to work with.
