Needed to have pilot lit on natural gas fed fireplace in a home I recently purchased to ensure my bed-bound mom, my pets and I would have hear in case we lost power with the weather headed our way.
Answering service was extremely pleasant and helpful and was able to schedule a technician who showed up at my home in less than an hour. The technician was also very nice. I asked him to walk me through using the fireplace which he did.
Would highly recommend this company!
