Buyer beware. I was told a apart would need to be ordered and shouldn't take more that a week. After 2 weeks the parts came in and they came installed them and wouldn't you know it another part needs to be ordered. I call after a week for status and magically the part just came in. We schedule a install for the next morning when suddenly the part they just received is the wrong one and they have to re-order. I have waited for 5 weeks now for this company to do their job and yet still I sit here waiting on parts. There are better options in the River Region.

If i could give them 0 stars, i would. AHS chooses this company to handle their appliance work orders. They have been horrible! They come out to "fix" our dishwasher every couple of months, only to leave with no answers and a broken machine. We've often been told that parts were on order, only to later find out that they were not. As of now, we have not been able to use our dishwasher since April. IT'S SEPTEMBER!!!

The conversation with the lady scheduling appointment was very unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Not sure about the technician but my interactions with her is the reason I wouldn't use this company.

Let me tell you about this company. This is who American Homeshield sent out to fix our dishwasher. They've been out four times in the last two months--8 times total in the last year. We've told them exactly what the problem is - the dishwasher does not drain the last cycle. I've even come home an hour before the appointment and turned on the dishwasher so they can see that it's not draining. They have put in two timers and the other times basically just looked at it and did nothing. It needs to be replaced. So now they've requested for American Homeshield to send another company out to look at it. So a service fee and lots of missed work for absolutely NOTHING. They simply don't care. I wish I'd just bought a new one months ago to avoid all this hassle. I'm not sure who is worse though--this company or American Homeshield.

I'm not the one to write reviews, but my experience with this company has been bad. We read these reviews prior to going with this company and our insurance company American Home Shield assured us that this vender was reliable so I trusted their word. So with that said, it's been almost 3 weeks and our dryer is still out of commission. They showed up today to fix it, and the part was broken. Go figure. I called, the lady immediately put me on hold. I hope it gets better.

I have used them a couple of times over the years and was satisfied with their work. But almost a year ago we had them replace a part on our ice machine It did not fix it, I called and was told someone would call back to schedule a return visit to see what could be done. I called numerous times and left messages after that and to date, no call back, no return visit, nothing. So we are out 258.00 and no ice maker. I’m disappointed as I have recommended them over the years. I’m very disappointed.

Service call arranged through warranty company. I called them when they did not call within the 24 window only to have the associate tell me, at length, about how overworked the associate was. While discussing my appliance problem, the associate was confrontational, rude and condescending, interrupting several times and lecturing me like I was a 5 year old. When I finally, interrupting the associate for once, asked if they were going to do the service or if I needed to get someone else the associate said dismissively that it's my call. I said "goodBYE" and hung up. The overworked associate then somehow managed to find the time to cancel the work order before I could get it reassigned, forcing me to go through the entire process again. Will. Never. Go. To. Them. Again.

I used this company to repair my dishwasher. They called me right away to fix my dishwasher and they scheduled me within the same week. They were prompt and very professional when they came to my home. Tri County assessed the problem with my dishwasher and they fixed it in the first try. I will continue to use this company and recommend them to all of my family and friends. THIS COMPANY IS AWESOME AND HAS EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

The whole thing was seamless and a great value. I was told that the technician would be there before 10 and 12, and I received a text message that the guy was on the way shortly before 10. At exactly 10:00 Steven showed up. He did his thing for about a half hour or so and charged us a very fair price. The appliance is fixed and we couldn't be happier. I even felt compelled to call them later to let them know just how great of a job they did. I would not hesitate to contact them again.

Not good. They came out on a warranty repair...repair wasn't covered...no worries. I advised the tech I still need my dishwasher repaired....tech stated could do that and would need to come back with the part. Never heard anything from them again. Needless to say this appears to be a pattern. Unfortunate.

I called the home warranty company to find out what I could do about my failing 30 year old HVAC systems and they came up with a repair solution. After having 3 companies (Airworx included) outside of the home warranty company, look at the systems and tell me they needed to be replaced, air ducts included, Airworx gave me the best price and feeling of trust. They replaced both systems and duct work in a timely and professional manner keeping my families needs, health and interest in mind. I would use them again and am very happy with the work they have done on my house.

I can’t say enough about the help we got from Air Worx when our home warranty company decided not to cover our repair, right as it was starting to really heat up in Alabama. They got the job done quickly and professionally, showing up the day we called about the repair. Don’t go to those big companies that will charge you an arm and a leg and take forever to come even look at your system, use Air Worx.

in my 75 years of life, and as a Maintenance Manager for two different companies, I have never encountered a company like Barrett HVAC. They tell you what they can do, provide all of the info to make an intelligent decision and follow up, very truthful, and committed to satisfaction on the part of the client. Absolutely the best people I have ever had the pleasure of being involved with. My wife and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone and would give them a 5-Star rating!!

One of the best companies around! Not only are they fast but the knowledge base is awesome! I’ve had a few issues with my heating and AC system and they have handled each of them quickly and affordably.

My air unit needed to be replaced at my home and Barrett Heating and Cooling gave me a great price on a new Trane. The owners and staff worked quickly and professionally to install my new unit and took time to answer all my questions. Great people and excellent customer service!!

The staff at Barrett is top notch. They are always friendly, courteous, reasonably priced, prompt, etc. I have nothing negative to say about this business. I highly recommend using them.

Barrett Heating and A/C installed a new heating and a/c unit in our home. Good price, quality work, very polite, and they cleaned up well when they finished. Technicians were very polite and knew what they were doing. Don’t think you will find better.

They were quick and efficient and did a great job! I will definitely use them again!
