100% recommended! Brandon runs his company the old school way with Honesty and Integrity. Brandon, Dale, and all their techs are great. They service what they sell and stand behind it. In todays world of no customer service or appreciation for customers they are the shining star with Customer Service that is outstanding. Janette in the office is always responsive and stays on top keeping you informed. Barrett Heating and Cooling are top notch and the only one to call in the Tri County Area!

I got three estimates and Barrett was the lowest. I even asked about a more efficient and expensive unit and was told the extra money I would spend would not really be worth it in the long run. They installed a quality unit. The nice lady at Barrett even called me after the installation and informed me about a rebate I was eligible for through Spire. I ended up getting $300 back from Spire. I could not be more pleased with my choice of Barrett.

Barrett did a great job on installing and does a great job servicing my HVAC. My old units were costing me a fortune in power bills. They came out, reviewed the situation with me and made some recommendations. My power bill is consistently half of what it was even in July and August. I highly recommend them.

Had them come to remove and replace some ducts for another company to do some work on our house. Since the ductwork was over forty years old, and not in the best shape, we decided to go ahead and replace it. This was our suggestion, not pressured into it like some companies would try to do. They showed up on time, went to work and got the job done in one day. Very courteous, professional and affordable. They really went above and beyond in all ways. Highly recommend.

I've been a customer with Barrett Heating and Air for 15 years. Anytime my old unit would have trouble they'd come out and fix it right. Well, my old unit finally gave up after 15 years of service during our recent cold snap in February. So I called Barrett Heating and Air. They came out and said they could fix it, but price wise and warranty wise, it would be cheaper just to get a new unit. With the age of my unit, I agreed. They installed a new unit and it's working flawlessly. What I like about their staff is that they're honest, courteous, committed, and will answer any questions you might have. And that's either in person, phone, or internet. They've always been straight up with me on prices, solutions, and recommendations. They don't try to rip you off. They give you options and let you decide without any pressure. I respect that a lot. Plus, in most cases, if there is a problem, you can get same day service. Their techs are top notch and know exactly what they're doing. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company.

My wife called Barrett Heating and Cooling Condition and within an hour of the service call, Mr. Dale Barrett was at our home. He was very professional, knowledgeable and most of all HONEST! He got our home back cooling in less than an hour and gave us a plan to put in an energy efficient unit that will lower our power bill. Trust me, they’re much better, prices are more reasonable and they’re honest unlike some of the larger companies around here just looking to make money.

Provides superior customer service than other local HVAC companies. Installs higher quality equipment(American Standard/Trane) at half the price or less than other companies that install lower quality equipment(Goodman).

We have used Barrett for years for regular maintenance and had them replace two Hvac units for us. Great service and great product. They are on time for appointments and I have referred their business to friends and family and they have all been pleased. Definitely recommend them for all hvac needs.

Everyone we dealt with was very professional. They came out on Tuesday and we decided to replace our system after going through options with them. Very patient and kind to work with. They came out Thursday morning and replaced our whole system and thermostat and cleaned up behind themselves! Wonderful crew! 10/10 would recommend!

They sent an awesome guy named Ryan because I was having an issue. He came at 9:15PM on a Monday night….1st off, how awesome is that!… a business that will send someone that late in the evening to take care of its customers! I know he had to be tired after working all day but that did not keep him from being positive and friendly. I’m so appreciative of Ryan and Barrett H&C for taking care of our family.

We had an AC problem due to a very small leak. Brandon and Dale kept on it, keeping us cool until the problem was discovered. We elected to go with a complete new system which they installed. We were always treated with respect and courtesy in a positive attitude. I have given talks on running a small business and my definition of Customer Service is giving the customer the best value.
