Ryan was on time for the appointment, and after arriving, he had the issue diagnosed and repaired in a timely manner. He was professional and very personable. I have been using another company for my heating and cooling needs, but after the recommendation to try Barrett, I will be switching to them for my future needs!

I called at 830am and they finished the job by 10 am. Prompt, professional service. I will definitely call again if needed in the future.

Absolutely the best customer service in the business!!! I called before they opened and the answering service contacted them. Ryan called me within a few minutes and gave me an estimated time. When he arrived he was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing and went about troubleshooting to find the problem. Barrett HVAC offers excellent service. Ryan Searcy just left helping us get to the problem with our ac unit quickly. He took care of the problem immediately and offered great advice. We will eventually have to replace the unit, however he saved us for now as we make a plan to replace the unit. I can't say enough good things about Ryan and his courteous service.

Amazing! I called Barrett after hours and they immediately reached out. They were very upfront with their charge for after hours service or the ability to wait for a free estimate during duty hours, pending it’s not an emergency. When Ryan arrived the next day he immediately diagnosed a very minor repair that another company told us was a full HVAC replacement at $8,000! He even “tested” the part to ensure it fixed the issue before he charged us. His professionalism and superior customer service represented himself and Barrett so well they have all future business with us.

Hate to leave a bad review but after calling 2 weeks ago to set up an appointment to get a quote on replacing our ducts and was scheduled for last Wednesday between 3-4pm to getting a phone call at 3:04pm on Wednesday saying they had to cancel and would call back to reschedule. I called yesterday at 9am after never hearing back and get told they can’t give me an exact time when someone could come out on Wednesday(today) but could give me a 30 minute notice, and I said that would be fine. At 4:35pm yesterday, just hours after I scheduled the appointment again, I get a call saying they weren’t going to come and recommend I go elsewhere.

Only guys to call. Quick to respond and affordable. Ryan showed up with tools in hand and ready to work. Troubleshot the problem and had the parts with him. Visually inspected both upstairs and outside units. Friendly and professional. I will use them again. You should too!

I had a great experience getting my A/C fixed. I called, and within no time they were at my house. The technician had everything diagnosed and repaired in under 20 minutes! On top of the fast service, their customer service was excellent. I couldn’t be happier with how smooth everything went. Highly recommend!

They did an excellent job on sales and installation. They were on time . They replaced my A- coil and condenser in just under 2 & 1/2 hours . There was no pressure . Brandon listened to what i wanted and did not want . I have no regrets. I expect the coming years of service to be the same . Thank you Brandon and team . I recommend Barretts over the rest . American Standard is the best .

1/20/2026. Barrett replaced my condenser and coil. Due to leaking. Showed up early carried out every task just as the quote stated and explained everything to me and even granted moving the condenser further away from a downspout valley to keep the water from funneling on to it. Satisfied customer here.
