Scott and his crew have done a terrific job on my lawn. It has never looked so good -- or so healthy. And when I asked Scott to completely replace my landscape, he proposed a plan that would open up my yard and include all the colorful plants I wanted. He added some wonderful creative elements, too. Great place to get your appliance fixed

Very little diagnostics performed because two people were needed to lift microwave down.

Took them forever to come back to fix my appliance, and they put parts in wrong. My insurance company had to call another company to come out.

The technician fixed one problem with my microwave but did not do a function check. When other problems were evident the technician returned to determine additional parts were required but after 2 weeks could not be found, and would not answer the phone or return phone calls.

If I could give no stars I would. We have worked with this company for over 4 months to get my dishwasher fixed. It is still not fixed. They have misdiagnosed the problem, ordered and installed the wrong parts, cancelled appointments, and will not reschedule my appointment.

Very professional, timely, efficient, cost friendly and considerate. Will definitely use them again for all my appliance needs. They were able to fix my fridge and stove.

It's too bad you cannot give 0 stars. This place is terrible. Techs that do not know their job, lies lies lies. Billing warranty company for a motor that is not needed, then after a week of waiting for it , thay call to schedule time to come out,. I take off work only for the fools to call and cancel saying "the part is broken we will have to reorder" .. How do companies like this exist?

This company was very unprofessional. The lady that answers the phones who I now believe to be the Co. owner hade no issues with raising her voice and speaking in a condescending , rude , and disrespectful tone. They have been working on the same appliance for over 5 months and have yet to complete the repair. I would not recommend to service your home

Find someone else. They looked at our fridge and the fan was broke. They said they would order it. Had to call twice to remind them. When they came back, water dispenser was broke. My wife correctly identified the line was frozen. They said it was not and instead insisted we buy a new filter. We bought it through amazon instead of them because of the aforementioned incompetence at ordering a new part. Put the new one in and surprise, it still did not work. I had to take apart the door myself and thaw the line. These people are the worse. Call them and they act like you, the customer, is an inconvenience. Our rental agency uses them so we do not have a choice. But if you have a choice, go with someone else. Heck, my wife did a better job identifying the issue than these amateurs.
