Southern Poolscapes is a great pool company. It is very easy to work with them. Communication is perfect. With other pool companies, you may have to wait for weeks to get a quote. Southern Poolscapes has effective sales representatives (such as Brandon Coggin) who can customize a pool project based on your needs for a fair price in a timely manner. Our pool project started pretty much right after all the community approvals were obtained with no delays. Special thanks to Jayme Chamberlain, the Project Manager, for going above and beyond to deliver the top-quality product in a timely manner. We found a pool design that we wanted however it was much larger than what we had space for. Hunter redesigned it to fit our needs and lifestyle. It is better than we imagined!

We are just about to start the construction of our pool and I have to compliment Paul Marchant for his professionalism and expertise in guiding us through this process. He’s patient with our many questions and helped us come to a perfect design for our project. He is also quick to reply to texts, calls and emails and he enjoys bringing our vision to life. Southern Poolscapes did an incredible job on our pool! From the start, Mike Ronca was amazing to work with, he really listened to our ideas and turned them into a beautiful, practical design. He was patient with all our questions and made sure we felt confident in every decision. Just like Hannibal used to say, "I love it when a plan comes together."

Once construction started, Dustin took over and kept everything running smoothly. He was always on top of the schedule, quick to communicate updates, and made the whole process stress-free (or as stress free as any construction project can be). Had nothing but trouble from the very beginning and still having nothing but trouble! Started out with a different company who was then either bought out or turned into Southern, what we were promised from the beginning was never met and had to redo everything. When they finally broke ground it was nothing but delay after delay because of contractors. The pool itself is gorgeous if it worked properly I have no lights and no skimmer! I have messed up piping and when we call we are given the run around on when someone will be here to fix everything! I called who I thought was a very nice woman today she said she would find someone and call me back it’s 5 pm and I have yet to hear from anyone! It’s just been one huge disappointment !We have a beautiful pool we can’t swim in!!

Update after being told again it would be done in a week we’re still looking at a pool that’s not completely finished! Almost three months in!

This pool project was not your normal pool. This was an elevated gunite pool on piles on the beach. Mikail made it an awesome experience from initial bid, permits, construction and inspections. I would highly recommend him and Southern Poolscapes.

Do NOT think that you can trust these people. Don't read a few good reviews and think that means they are going to do what they say. You pay for a pool in advance, which means you have no leverage. I still do not have the pool "they" designed for me. They put a retaining wall in the wrong place by 3.5 ft. They then gave me a quote of $42,000 to move the wall to the right place, for what should have been a $9000 job by other estimates. Their estimate was designed to force me to accept their mistake. I had to redesign a pool house to make it 3 ft smaller so that things fit. When I questioned them on anything, they pulled subs and left me with a muddy hole in my back yard. When I asked for a meeting, I was told by the owner that he was going on vacation the next week and he could not meet for two weeks, again forcing me to accept their mistake. They do not build pools. They manage a bunch of sub contractors who build pools. My project manager told me he was managing 19 separate pool jobs at one time and could not keep up. Do not think you can trust these people and certainly not the owner.

Do not use this company. The first pool they did had issues and they find every excuse why it is not what they have done or workmenship. The second pool differnet color grout for tile around pool no communication always excuses. they installed pool heater with controlls facing towrd shed less then a foot away. They want your money but do not back there work. they will tell you one thing but never get it done. This company is not to be trusted. Cody who oversees the workers does not know whats going on but will dispute you. The salesman and job foremen and head personel do not even communicate to each other. Stay away from this company

After my husband’s passing, the pool we designed together it was damaged by Hurricane Sally. It had always been a special place for us, from the shape and position to the beautiful arbor we built at the end, where we renewed our vows for our 30th anniversary. This pool was more than just a luxury—it held priceless memories. Unfortunately, as a 100% disabled veteran, I desperately needed a functional pool for exercise but feared losing the sentimental value attached to it.

Enter Jeremy, my Design Consultant, who spent weeks carefully working with me to ensure my new pool was everything I needed for my health while also preserving those cherished memories. Jeremy and his team replicated the exact position and shape of our original pool, all while adding modern technology that makes it incredibly easy to maintain. He even went the extra mile to protect and repaint the arbor during construction!

The result is nothing short of magnificent. Not only do I have a stunning, easy-to-care-for pool, but I also get to keep the memories of my husband alive in the space we created together. Mike, our salesman was not pushy at all, very patient, he answered our multiple questions, then reworked our design until it was exactly what we wanted in addition to being in the price range that we wanted! Mike is a man of integrity who is very kind! Mike and Jeremy, our job supervisor, make a terrific team who have stayed in touch along the way, always keeping us updated and informed on each step. If we need anything, our calls and questions are answered right away.

Agree with @OTTwife and there review! Our pool took almost a year to finally complete with me actually hiring an Attorney, Southern Poolscapes was Premier Pools and spa look up those reviews folks before you let them build a pool for you apparently they had to change names because they were Horrible ! Our pool is only 2.5 years old and falling apart, gunite missing in chunks, water fall falling apart and they won’t fix, if you will notice that all the 5 star reviews are within last 8-9 months that’s because prior to that you can look up Premier Pools and Spas to see all those horrible reviews they have like 1.9 ⭐️ if that tells you anything we were supposed to have a salt water pool that’s what they told us that was in our paperwork and we ended up with neither and after hiring an attorney they made it chlorine :( so think twice before using them! We used WATERSCAPES CLAY THOMPSON TO actually install our heater/chiller and he taught me more about my pool that he didn’t even build than this company so if you need someone good for pool builder WATERSCAPES is the way to go! Great family owned business! Meanwhile I’ve had to pay Gulf Coast Sod Scapes(which is also another fabulous company) to come fix all my pavers and now will have to hire someone else to come fix the water fountain that’s falling in :( so sad when you spend $68k you can’t even enjoy it! See pics of our waterfall hard to take pics above water of missing chunks of gunite :( so sad these people are still building:( DO NOT USE THEM, to make worse I’ve now been trying to get my warranty issues fixed for over month with no call back, spoke with Reagan several times she states she is waiting on Danny ?
