Constraction reviews in Fairhope, Alabama

Uses the same trained legal crew for all jobs. If having the best GAF Golden Pledge Warranty is important to you, this is the certified roofer to use. Very pleased with the jobs in our neighborhood.

Professional and knowledgeable. Excellent and efficient workers. 1.5 days for 2800 sq ft house. Now 150 mph rated. Elizabeth comments below are spot on. With everyone getting new roofs during a shingle shortage, I am very pleased they got it finished this quickly after Sally.

4U Roofing did an amazing job on my house, I really couldn’t ask for better service. Robert helped me all the way through the process. The guys replaced my roof quickly, efficiently, and most importantly they did an excellent job. I highly recommend 4U to everyone with a roof and I really appreciate the detailed information and pleasant process they provided during a difficult period in time.

James and the crew did an excellent job at a very fair price. They installed the new roof in just one day. They cleaned up everything just like it was before they started. The new roof looks beautiful and I am very pleased. I would highly recommend them if your shopping for a new roof.

I have had many homes in my lifetime, and have replaced many roofs on those homes.

4 U Roofing is my best experience yet.

Robert came out and preformed a very comprehensive inspection, thoroughly explained my options, and had a frank discussion on some potential issues he noticed on initial inspection that might be an issue once the roof material was removed. I appreciated that, no one else does that.

There were no surprises with 4 U Roofing, no nickel and dime stuff like other roofers.

Do yourself a favor call Robert at 4 U Roofing and get the job done right and probably save some money in the long run.

Their crew was courteous, professional, clean, and very pleasant. There was a supervisor on site all the time to make sure everything was perfect. The crew who works for 4 U Roofing is their exclusive crew who has been with them for years and it shoes in the speed at which they work and the perfection they achieve.

The end result was a beautiful roof, properly installed and without a bunch of broken promises or cost overruns. 4 U Roofing is the best in Baldwin County.

I called 4U Roofing because I thought I had a roof leak.(Thankfully, I didn't.)
Robert spent so much time explaining every detail and even called me back several times to ensure I understood the process.
I can't thank him enough for taking so much time out of his day to try and help me.
He's extremely well educated and happy to share his knowledge and expertise with customers.
When the time comes to replace our roof, I'll definitely be reaching out for an estimate. Thanks again, Robert!

4 U Roofing did an amazing job! They were prompt and fixed the fireplace roofing as it was not properly done upon construction.

I had an excellent experience with 4U Roofing from the beginning to the end. They were professional, thorough and provided quality work. James is very knowledgeable about different products and did a great job explaining the options for my complete roof replacement. Upon completion, they took care and time to go over the lawn to ensure no nails or debris was left behind. My roof looks great and the care they put into it is reassuring as to the quality. I would highly recommend 4U Roofing to anyone for their roofing needs.

I cannot say enough nice things about our experience with 4U Roofing! From the beginning, the customer service and support was so helpful. All of our questions were answered and we were made to feel comfortable with our decision to have them install our new roof. They were also very instrumental in working with our insurance company to get the ball rolling. The day of our installation was a breeze. The guys were extremely nice and professional and finished by the end of the day having left not one scrap of debris in our yard. Wow and how can you ask for better service than that? Thank you 4U Roofing for a beautiful roof!!!

Had defective shingles from Tamko. Wanted an installer that was trained to gold fortified standards and trained so the warranty of the new shingle GAF would be upheld. I chose 4U Roofing because of their promised work and they have thier own crew and project managers.
I watched them install my roof, and I have to report the level of professionalism and quality was impressive. They kept the project clean the entire time. This is the best Roofing contractor that I have ever seen.

Poor Workmanship on August 18th. 2023. They damaged inside of my house. The employees threw the bundles of shingles so hard on to the roof of my house which made stuff fall off my walls and busted. All of my light bulbs from my ceiling was damaged. After I told them to stop throwing so hard. I had to leave for work. And a little while later my brother was there to check on the house and there work. That is when I was informed on more damage inside of my house. My brother informed the persons in charge of the damage and thay did not care 😒. Here is just a small amount of stuff that was damaged in the pictures. Now, never did get a sorry or anything from the company. Until today, November 27th 2023 to do a review. So you can use your own judgment on the company. The product and the color of the shingles looks great. The owner of the company did work very hard on getting the price in range.

Excellent company from beginning to end. From my first call I did not have to deal with call centers or contract pushers and spoke directly with the owner of the company. I was presented with many different options and educated regarding different shingle types so that I could make an informed decision. After agreeing on material, 4U quickly went to work. They showed up exactly when they said they would and the project manager stayed on site the entire time. The installation was one of the most professional and smooth jobs I’ve witnessed. I never once had to worry about communication. My roof is absolutely beautiful and they left the job site exactly how they found it. If 10 stars were available I would give it to them. Also, they offered to use a stencil to affix a bible verse to my decking which is a true reflection of the type of company you will be dealing with. Top notch from first call through the end. Thank you Robert, James, Collin, and the crew!

We had our roof replaced by 4U Roofing, and from start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Every member of the crew, along with the management team, displayed professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for their work. The final result speaks for itself-our roof is truly stunning and has become the standout in the neighborhood. We've received countless compliments, and we couldn't be happier. Thank you for turning what can be a stressful process into something seamless and beautiful.

Quality professional experience. Excellent work and workers! Knew their jobs, someone
there all the time to answer questions. Clean up was amazing! Left yard better than when they came!

Affordable, professional, and gets the job done right…the first time. 4 U Roofing, the name says it all. 4 U is who they are doing it for like if it was for their very own homes. The crew is great and makes sure that anything that comes off the roof is not left on the property. Bravo Zulu 4 U Roofing. Thank you for making my home brand new. We love it. Aloha.

Robert and James were a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process of replacing our roof recently. We felt that all of the details including materials, certifications and a stable long term relationship with the roofing crew as well as the reassurance that the project manager would be onsite for the entire process was influential in our decision making to choose 4U-Roofing. We were very happy with the results and would recommend Robert and 4U-Roofing should they need a Roofing professional’
