Clyde and his crew are awesome. They do great work, are friendly and reliable. And they clean up the mess, no foul language and no tobacco use of any kind in the home. Not even a vape. I’ve used their service for years and have never been disappointed.

Getting a new unit installed with this company was very easy...they came out and within a few hours everything was complete, the workers and owner were very nice and also they are very affordable!!!!!

Called these folks because they had flyers in the mail . Ad said service call was 35 . The big ole boy came out and found a fuse blown and replaced it . Ac fine . I asked about the charge . He told me 125.00 I told him I was on a fixed income but he was not concerned about that issue . Well . I paid that charge and now after 30 it comes out of my account when I thought they had enough time to debit my account . I called sweat and they said they had to let the guy go cause he was a problem . I was firm but she volunteered to reverse the charge because of the time it took to debit me
To this day haven't received my 125.00 . Was fixing to have them install a new ac but now I will call someone else that has a honest business ! Why lie to me lady ? Hope u work out your many problems . Expected so much from them ! real disappointed .

Signed up for the Generac Service program. Nick came out and worked during the rain and storm to service my unit so it was able run efficiently. Highly recommend.

Called in the morning and gave description of the problem…..repairman came at the time agreed on the same day with the part possibly needed and replaced it within 20 minutes.

Being a resident of Fairhope, I've received mailers from Sweat and I've seen their trucks around town. I have phoned twice and sent a message thru their website without a peep of a response. Maybe it's because the property I want AC work on is outside of the county. But I really don't know, since they have completely ignored my inquiries. No Sweat! I will not bother to contact you again. I'll go back to Hansen who ALWAYS respond to inquiries.
