09/10... another update on this outstanding company.. once again they rescued us, educated us and got us cooled off again. Their prior visit and teaching things helped us ensure that this was a new issue. They were fast, efficient and a pleasure to have in our home. Thank you again Ward and team for a job will done!!!

I cannot say enough about this company! After I struggled through a Sunday and Monday morning waiting on my warranty company to find a technician to address our A/C issue - mind you we had been without A/C in July in Alabama since mid -Sunday - Ward called me directly from a query I was doing online and let me know if there was anything he could do just to call. My warranty company finally scheduled someone for Tuesday afternoon. There was no way that we could go through another night and day without A/C we have handicapped and heat sensitive pets in our household. I called Ward directly and he sent his crew over within the hour and we had cold air flowing before 2 hours had passed. The team explained everything to us and what needed to be fixed and how we should maintain going forward. This company is the best! Thank you Ward and team for restoring our faith in companies believing in true customer service!

My A/C went out last week when it was 95°. I called Sweat Cooling and they arrived within a few hours. Nick quickly fixed the issue and my house was cool again. Their service is very professional and very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend Sweat Cooling.

Our a/c stopped working and we thought we needed a whole new a/c unit. Ward was at our home within an hour of my calling and found that it only needed a quick and easy part replacement for $175. If and when we ever have a/c needs again, Sweat Cool will be the one we call! Ward is honest and personable. His wife took my call and she is also informed and helpful. Highly recommended!

Honesty is priceless! Before I tell you how awesome Sweat Cooling is, I have a back story. I was told by Baldwin Heating and Cooling that my unit outside was leaking and I needed a new one for roughly over $7k. I said no thank you and I'd deal with it later.

My friend recently had a unit installed by Sweat for a fraction of the cost so I called them to look at my unit. Indeed it had a leak but only coming from the caps. He put sealant and recapped, solved the issue and he didn't even charge me for such a simple thing!

Honesty truly is priceless! I'm a Sweat Cool Air Conditioning customer for life!

Just as I've seen written in prior reviews, I wish I could put a 6 star review. Great work at an honest price. Can't say enough about this company and the quality of their work.

Previous owners of this house used this company for Air Conditioner installation. Shortly after moving in a City Inspector knocked on my door to check their work. Confirmed it was not up to code. Ward contacted me and sent a young man my house the next day. I was not home when he arrived and he parked in my driveway! Leaving me to park on the street. He was more concerned with how ‘he had partied in this house’ when he was young than to discuss their maintenance and upkeep of the unit. He finished the job and that was it. I noticed when it would come on it would make weird noises but since someone was just here I paid it no attention. A couple of years later, had a cooling issue. I found Ward’s voicemail from the last time and called him by mistake over the weekend. He called me back Monday morning early. I asked if there was a warranty since it’s less than 4 years old, he replied parts only. He said based on the description, it sounded like a drain clog. He asked me if the thermostat had gone off. I told him there were batteries in it. He then scolded me on how they don’t put batteries in them so it will turn off if there is an issue. They were in there when I bought the house and the last person to work on it was one of his people. I asked him about the service cost, I didn’t like his tone or price. When I declined, he then asked me ‘how are you with a shop vac?’I told him I’d ask my dad to do it and ended the call. I used someone else who had better reviews, lower service call pricing and that works on weekends. The initial install was sloppy and Ward is unprofessional. Multiple missed opportunities to gain a customer. They offer maintenance but I don’t want to do business with a company that lacks customer service. After the service from the other local business, A/C works better than ever and does not clunk and thunk when turning on/off. Look elsewhere.

Turned our heater on for the first time this season and it wouldn’t kick on. Called Sweat and they were here in 15 min (literally).

Diagnosed the problem (wasp nest in the flute) and got it fixed and running in minutes. Even entertained my nosey toddler as he watched on.

When the bill time came I was waiting for the basic $200+ bill for just coming out and it was a fraction of the cost for the whole visit which is wonderful especially close to the holiday season.

Only Sweat Cool Air Conditioning and Heating from here on out for my house!!

I have worked with Sweat Cool Air HVAC for over 5-years with my personal property plus multiple rental units. They always offer great pricing, service, & professionalism. Also, you can trust them. They've been honest with me on multiple occasions and it means a lot. Overall, they have earned my business. I don't even think about who I'm going to call! You shouldn't either. Call Ward!

Once again, I’m completely sold on Sweat Cool. We will never use anyone else thank goodness for the 10 year warranty we got with our system. There’s no telling how many hundreds of dollars it just saved us brand new variable speed blower motor replaced for labor only. Oh and I’ll tell you what the Technician Nick was barely here half an hour. The whole thing was a wonderful experience and not to mention how efficient and sweet. I believe it’s Miss Carol at the office is.

Do yourself a favor and go with Sweat Cool for all of your AC and generator needs. I assure you.

I primarily use Ward Sweat Cool for my HVAC needs.
He has installed new units and maintained/ repaired existing units for me in my primary houses and in my rental houses. I have even paid Ward to service units that I had free labor warranties with other companies because the others were that much of a hassle.
I can not find any other company in the area that is more reasonably priced and willing to have a real conversation with me, not a sales conversation as most all the others.
They are genuine people that are going tell you how it is; you are not going to get sugar coated word tracks they give everyone with fake kindness. Depending on your situation they may walk you through some simple steps you can do on your own that will probably save you some or a lot of money if your willing.
There going to fix it before they replace it. Where as others just want to replace it and give you a sales pitch. If Sweat Cool tells you your unit should/needs replacing it's not a sales pitch. There going to explain your options and tell you why.
I'm quite handy with having multiple rentals and Ward and his tech guys have given me numerous tips and advice others will not provide and/or will charge for.
I will call Ward Sweat Cool for new installs and maintenance/repairs over any others in the area. And I have regretfully used a lot of others.

Good. Had some communication issues but no one's fault. It happens. Fixed the problem and good so far. Hopefully not as expensive as some people predicted for a not so big issue.

Dowsey has always responded quickly when my elderly mother needed plumbing help. Now I have also needed work done and they responded and came out right away!

This family owned business treated me so good. They beat their competitors price by $1900 and did a great job. I will never use another plumbing company.

They were on time and did the work we needed quickly and accurately. We have a small job waiting for them to call and say when they can come do the job.

Excellent customer service. Went above and beyond to work me in on short notice and had my hot water heater repaired in a few hours. Top notch customer service.
