The service was great as always. The tech was polite and meticulous.

We had to have warranty work on our thermostat that ended up being replaced as it was no longer able to function as advertised. Company gave us no information or details about service charges and invoiced us what we felt was a an unreasonable charge for approximately an hour of work. When we contacted the company their only resolution was for us to pay in full or they would put a lien on the house. Inland responded to my review claiming we had received a proposal for the warranty work. That is not true. We were not given anything in writing or verbally with a quote for the labor or any specifics.

Technician Peyton was prompt and thorough. Explained what was wrong ad repaired it. Great service

We arrived at our condo the week of Thanksgiving and had no air conditioning. We contacted Inland Air and John came out that afternoon to address our problem. He got the parts we needed and by 5:30, we had a cool condo! We appreciate the rapid response from Inland Air and John’s dedication to getting our AC working so we could enjoy our Thanksgiving holiday with our family.

Had a maintenance contract service performed. It was very easy to schedule and the Technician stayed in contact and arrived on time.
John performed a full inspection and corrected a vibration issue. The service was performed efficiently and professionally.

Been using inland for probably 10 years. Great honest timely service.

Been with Inland Air for decades. Was contacted by them to notify for routine services due. Good idea before summer. Old unit but was working perfectly. Was told at the time of service “something” was wrong but couldn’t pinpoint the issue. $6,500+ to repair, $12k to $17k to replace. Blower wouldn’t come back on after tech left. Called in another company. Found some disturbing stuff that made me wonder what we had been paying for. Plugged the blower back in, charged the freon and put the cap back on it and cleaned the coils. 1.5 hours at $350. Works perfectly again. Quote for new unit a lot less. Called Inland Air to report findings, thought they’d be interested. They weren’t. Very, very unpleasant conversation with one of the owners that confirmed we’re making the right decision to leave this decades old relationship. What a shame they treat loyalty like this. With all the folks moving to Baldwin I’m sure we won’t be missed but I have a lot of folks ask me who to use and I’ll never point in their direction again. They lost many customers with this one appalling transaction.

Called Michael at 7pm on a Tuesday night the tech made it to my condo in gulf shores by8 up and running by9 some how a wire came off on a water switch in the condensate pan He re-hooked it up, checked everything out and it was fine. I have to Thank them for their honesty and integrity some other companies unfortunately May have taken advantage of the situation thanks again Inland Air for your Quick and honest service

Absolutely fabulous service, and professionalism by every technician! They truly care for my home, my system, and that we are satisfied costumers. Can’t say enough.

We found the service technician to be arrogant with not much knowledge of what he was doing. Told me at least five things that might be wrong but wasn't sure told me I had a bad breaker but didn't even pull it out and check it. Very disappointed with the service and the technician . Call the company to complain nobody would return my call.

Service was timely and professionally done. John was awesome and shared some tips with me to prolong the life of our system.

They deserve recognition! Amber is very pleasant to speak with over the phone as well and very quick with response time! And-Jeff!- What can I say?!-He has corresponded with me via text since my dilemma began 4 days ago! Never missing a beat! The service and people have been great!

Technician came to my mom's today to check my moms heater which was having issues. He was very thorough and friendly and did a great job. We are very satisfied. Thank you, Inland Air.
