Inland Air sent a well mannered, well informed technician to our home today to check out our non functioning heat system on this freezing cold day. He diagnosed the problem and quickly repaired it. We are thrilled to feel warm air coming from the vents! To top it off, they charged us nothing! They said that they want to give to the community! We are speechless! And so very grateful!

I absolutely recommend Inland Air! They are fast, fair priced and have unbelievable customer service. We use John Jagers and have nothing but exceptional things to say about him - he is knowledgeable, courteous and thorough. He recently came to our house for a simple maintenance service and stayed all morning to ensure everything was running properly. He answered our many questions patiently and shared a lot on knowledge on how to keep our systems running efficiently. 10/10 recommend John!

Cant beat them

AC went out. Placed the call at 11:30 am and had my problem resolved by 1:15 pm. Friendly and professional. Very highly recommend!

Had my evaporator coils cleaned a couple months ago as they were totally gummed up. Corey was johnny on the spot and did a fantastic job.

My Ac went out on a Saturday in August I called available heating and air at 1:00 pm and by 5:00 pm I had a new unit inside and out. We was very happy we didn’t have to sleep in a hot house over the weekend.

We have been a longtime customer and they have always responded to our service calls in a prompt manner. Corey and his tech Kris have been honest and reliable and has made sure our home is cooled quickly!

I have used Available Heating and Air for the last three years and have been extremely satisfied. Corey, the owner, and Mason, a Technician have been very responsive, competent and fair. I wholeheartedly recommend the company.

I do not recommend at all. I am a disabled veteran and my whole unit is old and needs replaced. I called him to come give an estimate. He started fast talking and telling me it's probably a clogged drain line, which i knew it wasn't, and tried to tell him that, but he went on and cut my drain line to blow it out. He charged my $85. Then, the pipe came loose and he said it didn't need to be glued because it's not a pressurized water line. But he said he'd come fix it, no charge since I already paid for a service call, (well duh, he didn't fix anything and left me worse than befor he came out)... then after changing the time he was going to come, called me at 7:30PM to change the scheduled appt for the next day, then he texted at 10:11PM to say he's not coming, call someone..., and didn't finish the text, so I assume he meant call someone else. I gave him ample time to resolve this and refund my money, which obviously he has no intention of doing

Last Friday, 7/12/2019, at about 6:30 pm, I noticed that it was getting a bit warm in my house. I went to take a look at the thermostat and low and behold, my body thermometer was correct. My AC was blowing but it sure as heck was not cooling. Great....Friday night and I will be dealing with this all night to make sure that we are not sweating like crazy while we sleep tonight. I called four different local HVAC companies because I was desperate to get someone out so it really was a 'who can get here fastest' type of situation. Well, the first company I called said that they only send someone out after hours for their VIP customers: "do you want to pay to be a VIP customer?"...ummmm, no...byyyeee. The second one said that someone might be in touch but it might be tomorrow morning. Ha! nope. I will keep on calling.

Available Heating & Air was the 3rd company that I called. I called at 6:53 and spoke with their very friendly answering service who asked some questions and told me someone would be in contact very shortly. At 7:08, Corey (the owner) called me and let me know that he will be on his way. He showed up at 7:20 and resolved the problem very quickly. And, y'all, he is just the nicest guy ever! He showed me what to do in case it did it again for the quick fix and told me to call him if it did it again and he would come back out for a more in depth repair if needed at no extra call out charge, just parts.

There is no doubt that Available Heating & Air will have all of our HVAC business from here on out. Thanks Corey!

Beware, quoted $85 maintenance
and presented with a $360 bill. I was having no ac issues and just wanted drain cleaned and inspection. Claimed things needed replacing and did without asking/discussing cost or “issue”.

With my A/C that was 25 years old I had numerous issues, having a home warranty they just kept patching it until they wouldn't fix it anymore. I called Corey and not only did he match a competitive price, he beat it. He had the system in in less than half a day, inside and out! I cannot tell you how professional, responsive and quick the process was. His office staff was also very professional and nice, keeping me informed along the way as well as the owner making calls to keep me updated. I could not recommend a better nor more professional HVAC company!

The owner, Corey, gave me a very fair quote. Steve replaced my inside and outside heat pump system. He was was professional, courteous, and worked hard. Steve created solutions for unseen issues and the end product looks super as well as works fantastic. I recommend this company 10/10.

I had major problems and Cory Macdonald with Available Air corrected all.
Extremely professional, arrives when he say s, knows his business. Ruthlessly efficient. He basically rebuilt my coil
And stand,plus repaired drain line that leaked,rerouted the plumbing to all the a/c.
I have been time enough to recognize that a/c is much ,much more efficient, and am sure utility bill will drop.

Very honest guy, honest price and great service. Repaired my a/c today and I couldn't be more satisfied. Don't waste your money and get ripped off by the other guys for subpar services. This guy is legit and when he leaves you feel good about his work instead of having the gut feeling of being taken advantage of like I've felt with other heating and air companies in the past.

Brian was very professional and replaced our outdated A/C unit in no time at all. He offered prompt service, good communication, fair pricing, and he was a pleasure to work with.

Brian did not completely clean the coils. The service was rushed. He said it would take 2-3 hours to complete, but he rushed it and finished in around 1 hour because it was raining. He then forgot to put the safety switch back on.
After Brian (Comfort Plus) ignored our calls and texts about the HVAC not working after his service, we then had another technician check the HVAC unit and who said that Brian (Comfort Plus) didn't complete the required cleaning because a lot of gunk still came off the coils after cleaning again. The other technician also said that the blower unit was dirty as well and Brian should have told us.
The new technician cleaned the blower unit, actually cleaned the coils, blew out drain lines, and replaced the safety switch. The new technician said the Comfort Plus broke the coils because they would not drain anymore nor will cool air blow anymore.
He grossly overcharged us and had to get a chargeback for the incomplete service.

Our old air conditioning system died. Dustin and A/C Pros replaced it with a new one within a week. Very profession and easy to work with. I highly recommend them.

Dustin and his team were great to work with and had a great response time when our AC unit needed to be replaced.

Late night call due to our AC going out, Dustin answered immediately. He got us on the schedule early the next day and diagnosed our issue and the compressor had failed. He gave us multiple options to repair or buy a new AC unit without any pressure. Thankfully Dustin identified the compressor was still under warranty and I made the decision to replace the compressor. The best customer service in a market where most are out to upsell. Thanks!!
