When our AC went out AC Pros was recommended to us, I called and left a message and Dustin called back quicker than I expected. He worked us in to his schedule and in short order we were on our way to a much more comfortable house. Many thanks to Dustin and crew, will not hesitate to call him again if needed.

Our a/c went out early today and I called A/C Pros because they were close to our house. Dustin showed up a couple of hours later and fixed our problem in a few minutes. The capacitor was bad but under warranty. Very prompt and courteous service. I definitely recommend.

We had an AC go down during a birthday party on a Saturday. Dustin was able to make it over same day (within 30 mins in our case) and not only got us up and running again, but made necessary repairs to our drainage system to improve reliability in the future. Dustin is hardworking and will do absolutely everything to make sure the job is perfect. Quality and customer satisfaction are his absolute top priority. We have been struggling with a faulty AC unit for many months and Dustin has done absolutely everything in his power to make it right. My tenant had problems with AC for last 14 months and I had bad luck with different service companies. A/C Pros quickly diagnosed the problem, and given the Heat Pumps history we decided to replace the system. Dustin made the process comfortable and his team quickly completed the job. My A/C quit working on a Sunday afternoon (90 degrees outside on that day). I called Dustin with A/C Pros and he was at my house within 20 minutes and had the issue resolved within 20 minutes of being there.
