A power blip on Sunday evening caused both of our A/C units to stop blowing cool air. After attempting our own troubleshooting to no avail, we called Captain Cool. Within 45 minutes of our call, at 7:30 PM Sunday evening, Nas with Captain Cool arrived. He was professional, friendly, and within an hour had both units cooling again. I would definitely recommend Captain Cool.

AJ got out to us quickly, assessed the issue, and promptly made the necessary repair preventing any further issues and bring back the cool air to the house. James with Atlas was awesome. He showed up within a couple of hours after calling during the night. Then had the needed part replaced the next mornimg. Turnaround was about 12 hours. Great job!

Tech arrived on time. He checked a few things on the ac. Then determined what the problem was and took care of it. Had ac back and work good within an hour of tech arriving. I would recommend Atlas to friends and family. A+++++++
