HVAC reviews in Fairhope, Alabama

I have used Atlas a couple times now over the last couple years and I have been really happy with them. I have had some really unfortunate issues with 2 of my AC units but the guys at Atlas have been great working with me to keep the cost down. I've recommended them to all my friends and family and will continue to do so....

Oh, and just in case some of you are wondering, I am not getting paid for this review or compensated by them or Google in any way. I just feel that good service should be rewarded and hopefully this review will help them get at least one more person to give them a chance.

Rocky came to our new home today and inspected our system and made some maintenance suggestions, found a defective part and replaced it. Great team, Great service, Great company!

Very professional team of highly skilled workers. Knowledge of their equipment and craftsman’s ship was impeccable. I would highly recommend Atlas Heating & Air for your needs. Their communication from office manager to me down to install technician and me reminded me of the Army hooah. They really have a great team of people. All most forgot to mention, their prices “VERY” easy on the wallet!🥰.

This is my second review after my first maintenance visit. System is working perfectly and the technician that performed the service was very professional, polite and courteous. He was on time and texted me when he left the previous job to let me know he was in route. Very professional company and team members. Atlas is my go to from now on.

This is my 3rd review and I couldn’t be more pleased with Atlas. Very professional technicians with a professional attitude and a joy for what they do. My family and I couldn’t be happier with our choice in choosing Atlas. They go above and beyond.

I don’t usually do reviews but felt that Atlas Heating and Air were more than deserving of a 5 Star review! Josh the owner is a great honest guy who treats people fairly and doesn’t try to sell you what you don’t need! He also doesn’t employ people that have no clue as to what they are doing!!! Rocky is an exceptional technician that goes out of his way to explain things, is very detail oriented and gets the job done right! Cameron and James are great HVAC techs as well, are great at what they do, are very knowledgable, thorough and courteous. A company is only as good as the people who own, manage and actually perform the service, that’s why Atlas Heating and Air truly deserve a 5 star rating! Whatever your HVAC needs may be you will be in very good hands with Atlas. Personally I would not consider using anyone else!

James and Edgar were great! Heater went out right before the cold snap came, but these guys came out right away. Simple fix with a cleaning got me up and running again. And because I’m on their maintenance program it save me from having to pay anything out of pocket. Highly recommend!

Atlas Heating & Air is the best company in Alabama for your HVA/C needs. We’ve used them for years and have their maintenance plan now. Every technician in this group is knowledgeable and respectful to their customers - they arrive on time, they explain any issues and processes, and they are enjoyable to chat with. Their online booking tool is easy to use, and whether you call or text, they respond quickly. You get the name of who is coming as well as the time and estimated price for the visit (all very reasonable). Atlas Heating & Air is the best I've ever worked with.

These guys are the best! We use them for home and business. Always friendly, schedule as soon as they can and get there when they say without charging an extra fee to be on time.

So grateful for the quick response from Atlas Heating & Air this morning! We arrived home at 1:00AM following a 12-hour road trip to a warm & muggy house, but called shortly after 8:00AM and by 10:30AM our home is cool and comfortable again!

Atlas Heating and Air had an appointment here at 8 am to repair my beauty salon unit not cooling. Edgar was here precisely at 8 am. He discovered that another company had incorrectly wired the thermostat when working on another problem. He had the problem corrected and the unit running in no time at all. They are the most dependable and responsive HVAC company I've ever used in my 20 years as a maintenance director.

The team was great! Both with the diagnosis and then the subsequent installation. They arrived on time, were courteous and professional. They completed the work and cleaned up after themselves. I am very pleased with their work.

James arrived as scheduled and provided quality professional service as is always the case with ATLAS. He took care to leave all electrical wiring, that he encountered, routed more neatly than he found it. ATLAS technicians truly are a a cut above!

Atlas is so kind and courteous, and their after hours answering service got a technician over to my house within an hour. I wish I knew the name of the tech who came last night. He was so kind, and all of the Atlas service team are very courteous and explain everything and give estimate beforehand. I am so glad that I have a yearly service contract with Atlas that includes two yearly cleanings and checks and makes service calls at a lower fixed rate. I have been an Atlas client since 2013 and found out about them from the previous home owner. Thank you, Atlas Team! I appreciate you all!

We have always been happy with service provided by Atlas. James (the technician) was friendly and knowledgeable. Most recently, he replaced the motor in our unit. Within an hour or two, he completed the repair and our unit began working like normal.

When my unit goes out I call Atlas and I don’t have to wait in the heat for long. They are very quick to respond and get the Job done right. Thank you Rocky for excellent customer service and very professional
