AJ did a great job. He was very thorough and explained the issues very well. He even asked for a broom and dust pan to clean up a little mess he accidentally made. Would recommend!

Nas Ali came on the same day we called for service. He was kind, professional and very knowledgeable. He was very thorough with his work and explanation on what he was doing. He did an excellent job and got our heat working in this freezing weather! Very grateful!!🙂

Captain Cool Cooling and heating had a tech out to our 89 degree home within hours. Zach did a great job explaining what was going on with our old unit. He was Very Knowledgeable and kind. Nas came out and did the repair we needed since it took us a few days to decide what we could do. He got it done very quickly and was also extremely kind! I feel that the price was reasonable and look forward to purchasing a new unit through them soon. Thank you!

Called and set an appointment up and they were there writhing 3 hours. Zach was super nice and helpful. Very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend and use them again

Zachary is a top notched tech in my opinion. Talked me through everything he did and did not try to sale me stuff/service I didn't need. He replaced a breaker at my request.

AC went out yesterday about dark! Called after hours got a operator she set me up for following afternoon Skyllar the technician called me probably 1230pm saying he was on his way! Skylar got here and was on it he knew rite what it was! A very knowledgeable technician! Very nice too! Heck I even purchased the maintenance package from him also! Technician name was Skylar Baker!

Excellent service! After having a no show from another company we were desperate to find someone at 6:30 pm. Our HVAC wasn’t working and we are going out of the country today and leaving 3 cats in the house with my neighbor that could not stay in heat. The guy who answered promised us they would be here even if it was late at night and the technician sure called us around 8pm saying he was still in another job but he didn’t forget us and he would be on our way shortly. Skyler got here around 10pm and was very professional and feiendly. He got the job done in about 20 min and we are very happy forever clients. Thank you!

ALI is a fantastic Capt Kool tech, an expert in all a/c units in our house: whole house air conditioner and whole house dehumidifier, and our smaller split unit a/c. He is meticulous, checking the operation of all the units, servicing when needed. Thank you ALI and Capt Kool!

Called Captain Cool & they came to my rescue when my Air Conditioner went out on the same day! My technician Nas was absolutely wonderful & was able to diagnose the issue the right away!
