My 18 year old central unit basically bit the dust. Dustin was able to install my new unit within 48 hours. He and his assistant were very efficient, polite, and left no debris when they finished the job. I recommend them for your heating and cooling needs.

Let me start off by saying I have an older unit and I already knew it was on it's last leg. When I messaged A/c pros, Dustin was quick to come out. I never even looked at anything because I just knew it was done for and I would just need a new unit. Dustin took 5 min and found the issue and fixed it. I felt bad for calling them out for such I miner issue, that I could have fixed. He explained that although I need a new AC this one is still working for now. He did not try to push anything on me. He recommended I get a new unit and explain my options. He let me think on it and although I decided to keep what I have for now. We both know the unit will not last long and I will be calling them back. Honestly he was so great I almost wish I had the money to fork out just to let them replace it. I will be calling them back to do all of my ac work and repairs. If you want honest and down to earth give them a call!!!!

A/C stopped cooling night before, Dustin was recommended to us. I called next morning. Dustin came promptly at 8:00 on a Saturday morning after short notice late Friday night. I had my grandson for the weekend and my apartment was 80°, he fixed the problem in 20 minutes. He was very professional and very neat. Even a courtesy call after a few hours making sure it was still cooling. Dustin is very kind-hearted and very professional.

I can’t say enough good things about our experience working with Dustin Lyons and A/C Pros. We had an urgent HVAC need that occurred right when my elderly father had a major health crisis and decline and was still living in the house with the A/C problems. Dustin and A/C Pros was recommended to us for a second pro opinion and he personally answered my call immediately, and was at my house the next day to give us his honest and thorough opinion and advice. I could tell immediately upon meeting him that he was experienced, highly motivated, intentional and thoughtful about wanting to help us get to the root of our issue. I moved to Fairhope less than a year ago. I've had to find service companies to maintain my home. I was very fortunate on Saturday, July 8th to find A/C Pros through a Google search. The owner Dustin personally answered the phone. I explained that my air conditioner quit working and that I was frantic because I had relatives visiting with 2 small children. He told me he would have a repairman out shortly. Dustin personally called me to tell me Paul was on his way. Paul quickly found the problem and restored my AC. I can't praise Dustin and his company enough. I will be their customer for life. I wish all my experiences with repair companies were this excellent. If you want the best heating and air-conditioning in town call A/C Pros! You wont be disappointed. Thank you Dustin and Paul you two are awesome.

A/C PROS service is fast, professional, and thorough.
Our a/c took a lightening strike and went out on the weekend. The A/C Pros crew showed up to diagnose within an hour of calling.
The parts were ordered on Monday and were installed and the unit was up and running on Tuesday! We couldn’t be happier with Dustin and the excellent service his company provides.. A/C Pros will be our first call for future service needs.

I cannot say enough positive things about Dustin with AC PROS. He went above and beyond by responding to a message after hours on a holiday weekend. Came through with a repair part that no one else in the HVAC industry were able to obtain to get our system back up and running. He even made sure we had some comfort by allowing us to borrow a portable ac unit. He was timely, kept us informed every step and also was in and out in no time. Had an emergency tonight and was referred to this company as a recommendation. He showed up within 15 min and fixed my AC and got me back down from my 84 degrees and rising in the house. Dustin was very cooperative with my work hours. He was professional and prompt. He came right in diagnosed the air conditioning system, and fixed the issue quickly. He discussed with me a few more issues I might have. Dustin also discussed with me about being able to finance work that I might need done in the future.
