I rarely get involved with my husbands contractors but as I sit here and listen to his call with Ward I am so taken aback by his time, kindness, cate and time he spends. We love Sweat and all his people. Class act

Ward talked me into running some test on my heat pump when I was ready to tear it all out and replace it! He found three different problems and our system is working better than it has since 2013. We used several well known local HVAC contractors who are less than honest! Ward saved us thousands of dollars! And from this point on he will be our go to HVAC contractor! 5 STARS!!!

Had a new Trane AC installed today by Rob and Jon at Sweatcool Air Conditioning & Heating, and I just wanted to say what a WONDERFUL job they did!!! They showed up at my home right on time and got straight to work. They were friendly and professional and they took great care of cleaning up when they were done with their work! Ward Sweat (owner) came by to check in to make sure everyone was happy. I highly recommend using Sweatcool if you are in the market for a check up, repair or a brand new unit!!

Ward Sweat answered my phone call at 9pm at night and was extremely helpful and willing to come look at my AC unit the very next morning (my AC situation did not warrant immediate that night looking at). I had called another AC repair man to come out before calling Home advisor and finding Ward, and this guy told me what HE THOUGHT was wrong and gave me a quote for an astronomical amount of money!! I just had a feeling that as a female, I was possibly being taken advantage of, so I decided to investigate matters myself. A friend recommended I check Home Advisor, and I did, they sent me to Ward Sweat! I will FOREVER BE GRATEFUL!!!! Ward, Robert and John were AMAZING!!! Ward came to my home the next day and spent 3 hours investigating what could be wrong with my AC unit other than what this other person told me it was...and WARD FOUND THE PROBLEM!!! It WASN'T what that man told me it was!!! The fix, however, was about the same, BUT Ward informed me that my AC unit was under warranty (when the other guy told me my warranty had expired 😡) so the parts were free and I just had to pay Ward and his guys for their labor!! Most people told me, when I called around to the local AC companies that it would take anyone that knew what they were doing 3-3.5 hours to complete my job! Wards guys, Robert and John were here for 1.5 hours and completed the job!! Ward came by and checked on them while they were here, inspected their work, checked to make sure I was happy with everything and went on to his next job, I assume. 😆 Robert and John were absolutely the most professional and sweet young men. They were very clean and neat. They cleaned up everything and took ALL of their trash with them when they left. They did not dispose, not even a paper towel in my garbsge can. I was so impressed with this business!! I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know and I will use them at my commercial properties in the future as well!! I highly recommend anyone with AC issues call WARD and anyone with an AC unit in their home, needs to call him and have him just come out and meet him and just say hello!! We ran into some AC issues and fortunately I saved the Sweat Cool flier I got in the mail. I called Sweat Cool and they quickly had a very professional technician come out and take a look at the AC. Turns out my AC unit had completely failed. Sweat Cool quickly arranged to get me a new AC Installed. The work looks very professionaland we are back to cooling just in time for a hot summer. Thank you!! You are a life saver!!

Our heating system malfunctioned after hours and Robert came right out and had our home back nice and warm in no time! He was very professional and courteous and we greatly appreciated his help tonight. We will definitely utilize Sweat Cool for all of our future HVAC needs.

Called Sweat Cool A/C to help out with a service issue on a minisplit and they were terrific. It didnt matter that our needs were minor, they treated us the same as if they were installing a new system. Hard to find responsive folks like Ward and crew these days. Strongly recommended!

Ward was awesome! He was able to install a complete new system for me and inspected my ducts for leaks. He enlarged a few flex ducts for more air flow and came by several times to make sure everything was working right. Today we have a heat advisory but it’s nice and cool in my once hot humid home. It’s actually staying at 75! Everything was clean like they hadn’t even been here. Thankyou so much!

Ward (the owner) is an honest, good man who does everything he can to make sure his customers are satisfied. We had a difficult situation with an older heat pump that had been repaired, and when we needed some follow up help soon after, Ward responded immediately (after hours!!), arriving the next day (a holiday!!!) to demonstrate what was wrong and help us find a solution we could afford. Thank you Ward and Sweat Cool!

We received a SweatCool flyer by mail & wanted a seasonal A/C checkup on our two units. Reviews for the company were good, so I called & set an appt with Ward. He and Michael arrived on time & did a thorough check of both our A/C units. One unit had been underperforming & Ward replaced a couple of parts to see if that would remedy the problem, but finally concluded that we needed a new condenser. He provided a complete written quote & explained in detail what was involved. He also removed the new parts that he had installed & didn't charge me for them. I was only charged a nominal service charge even thought they had invested considerable time attempting to fix the unit. Rob & Jon came a few days later to install the new unit, and within a few minutes, I knew I was dealing with the right people. They were professional and courteous & worked diligently to install the unit. Jon even cleaned the other unit so well that it looked almost new! These young men really cared about doing their jobs right! How refreshing! I highly recommend SweatCool for your A/C service needs.

I have an older home and Wade was very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed my individual heating and cooling needs.Ward and Richard are an amazing team! Very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Sweat cool hooked me up with a brand new system very quickly. I believe a 24 hour turnaround from the time I called for a quote to when they finished the install. Extremely reasonable prices. Very quick to respond with any questions or help I needed afterward. Would highly recommend sweatcool to anyone looking out there.

This company is stellar!!! We have used this company before and were very pleased . This time, e had a major A/C issues with our 6 y.o home and they came to the rescue in record time in the middle of July. They handled all the warranty issues on a faulty coil and although we had a little bit of communication glitch occur, they made everything right above and beyond. The service man who came was courteous, knowledgeable and conscientious and everyone we talked to in the process was kind and professional. I don’t know these people on a personal basis so this is an honest review. We will recommend this company to anyone who will listen. They definitely own their great reviews and i honestly don’t write these, like EVER. I’m so impressed!! Thank you!!

Our AC condenser stopped working at 8pm and it was 78 degrees in our house and getting hotter by the minute. I called Ward Sweat and he told me he would send his guys first thing in the morning! I was so thankful, as it wasn't an emergency, we had fans and the sun was going down. Ward sent two guys first thing the next morning and they were dressed so neat and clean, spoke so professionally and immediately went to work to discover the issue with my AC. They immediately knew what it was, informed me, and began repairing the problem. Thank goodness it was an easy fix, and not costly (for me). Mr. Sweat is very reasonably priced too, another reason I feel great calling him. I just cannot say enough about these young men, they were just so very nice and pleasant to talk with. I hope he'll send them again next time my AC breaks! 😂

I don't write reviews often but the experience with Sweat was great. My entire system needed to be replaced I got quotes and Sweat came in 30% lower and the quality of work was exceptional. In addition Ward, came after the work was done to make sure everything was working properly. We are happy with in our cool home!
