Matt done a great job working with my wife Susaan and I on changing our bath tub out and turning it into a walk in shower with only a very small step over to get into shower added a seat and safety bars for stepping in and out and also getting up and down from seat we were very pleased with Matt and Chris!!

We met their sales rep at Sams and she was super nice. We asked some questions and honestly, we would be interested in just about every service they offer. But we told her we can't do it now. Husband preparing for hip replacement and I'm up all night tending to him because currently he has pneumonia. No problem, just tell the person who calls that and they will put a note to call you in January. Nope. First call was later that day and she said ok, well call in January. They call.every day . Every. Single. Day. Just about the time I get him into a deep sleep and finally can sleep myself, they call. I have asked nicely please stop. Ok we'll make a note on your file. Guess it's a 24 hour note because next morning, bright and freaking early they call.

Get your appt setters in line guys! You are disrespectful by doing this and for me, sleep is the one thing I get to do for myself to allow myself to be able to take care of everyone else in my life. Please stop being the reason I don't get to sleep.

The sale repsenative was friendly and explained everything. He provided several options for the replacement of our siding. He showed us our current the look of our home and after pictures with the siding color we chose.

Great work! The crew had a tough job with the vinyl siding but knocked it out quickly and professionally. The gutter installers were also quick and did a great job. It would've been better to have one person as a POC throughout the entire process for better communication but everything worked out regardless.

The quality of the work and the materials were just fantastic. There was some miscommunication that impeded the installation. I would have given more stars if not for the poor communication.

Lance, Chris, Matt, Sebastian and Brandon are great! They are an asset to the company. Sebastian and Brandon installed the gutters and they look great. Southern Industries Home Improvements have been great. I'll periodically update on gutter status and installation. So far, so good! I would recommend them.

Vinny and his assistant completed the installation in a day. I thought it would have taken a week but they knocked it out methodically. Southern industries offered the best price with a near identical product to their competitor, Champion.

At 10:30 am on Saturday morning, one of your representatives, door to door salesman, decided to trespass for solicitation. I clearly have No Trespass, No Solicitation signs at the end of each driveway. If you cannot read and follow a simple request, what makes you think I would hire you.

He was personable knowledgeable understanding kind and took care of getting me in touch with the person that I need to see about my repair on my gutters. Lance was knowledgeable about the company’s products, but a little unsure as to some specific features we asked about. We would really like to see more offerings relative to ADA compliance.
Grab bars should be offered in a texture finish and sliding hand shower should be an offering also.
