Jack Gehrdes came to my house he was very polite and likeable.He inspected my house,gave me a decent discount took his time explaining everything to me and my son , he stayed at my house for 2 hours. I will write another review when the job is done , so keep looking for part 2 of this review.

We got gutters put in today on our house and my husband and I are very happy with them! The service was great, the guy we spoke with was kind and helpful, and everything was great quality.

This is before the job is done I will make an edit when the job has been completed. As of right now
Jack has explained all of this sooo well we are ready to start tomorrow. Before his presentation I was not convinced this was the route to go. Now I can’t wait to see the finished product. Jack has done a fine job and we are anxious to get started!

Andrew was great! He communicated well and walked me through every step of the way and asked me questions on how I wanted everything. Very professional and had excellent attention to detail.Hard worker!

Knowledgeable, personable without hard sell or price reduction iterations. Price was given as “best” and remained so no matter how many times I delayed my decision or suggested I’ll wait. And, superior gutter & “helmet” style guard product to what I thought was THE best solid helmet product out there (in lieu of solid “toppers” or screen-styles which I had from a competitive guard vendor but screens got plugged). Must credit my wife for insisting I obtain another quote. Better product at lower price.

I highly recommend Southern industries! Lance showed up on time, discussed every detail of how they would attend to installing siding on my home. Lance was very informative, and I will say I felt very comfortable with his company, and the history they have, as well as all the little details regarding the installation of their siding. This is a top notch company!

The ball has started and so far we are extremely pleased.

I will say Jack G showed up as the appointment time quoted. He went over every option, answered every question and questions I didn't even know I had. It's obvious morals and integrity are important.
Jack did his due diligence with us and our time together. What do I mean?
In three hours time we all walked, measured, thoroughly discussed, reviewed, discussed, measured again until we were all satisfied.

I can not speak highly enough of Jack. If Mr.Southern Industries himself is not aware of this young man, I ask you whomever reads these reviews to point him out.
Southern Industries should be proud to have Jack represent them.
..Now we move on to the next step for installation of siding & windows and I pray it's soon & look forward to another review.

My service technician was great. He was very professional, and he answered all my questions. I was looking for noise reduction windows and a patio slider. I have a new build with new everything, however, they didn’t have the patio door size that i needed for noise reduction and the price of just windows was much more than I wanted to spend.

I got an estimate on new siding. I can not express enough how great the whole process was! Daniel went over every option and explained all the differences. I decided to go with them and signed papers. Will be looking forward to seeing how much better my house is going to look! Update, the work was outstanding!

One of their workers decided to harass me on the road while driving a company truck. My attempts to address this with the company have gone unanswered.
