A few years ago, I had gutter guards placed by this company. I started to notice an area where the downspout was not draining properly. I called on 1/25/26 at 11:08 am and left a message. Then I sent the first text on 2/4/26 and Zach was a “no show” and “no follow up” to date. I contacted another company and the picture below tells the story of what the other company found……A piece of gutter guard was NEVER originally placed in the area shown, and debris from arbor vitae trees that run alongside the house had collected. To date, Zach has never called back until I sent him the pictures showing the sloppy work on 2/16/26. He blames it on his workers, but as the boss it is your responsibility to check the work. He now wants to come and put a piece of gutter guard down. Thankfully the facial board was not rotten, but the area will have to be painted, and I have selected another product and another business. When TRUST is gone, there’s nothing left. I look for long term relationships with businesses, and Florite will not make the cut! Reactivity is never good, and defensiveness only makes it worse!. The following is what he sent me in a text: “I think you’re getting a little worked up about it. It’s a easy fix”.

Then he should have done it right the first time!
