Great Service! Very professional attitude and upfront about prices and options before any work is done. Quickly solved a problem with our water heater and saved us a lot of money by repairing it instead of trying to sell us a whole new unit we didn't need.

Trevor (business owner) took care of my pressure regulator breakdown after two other plumbers gave me the run-around. I was getting antsy about the hot water heater, faucets, etc. giving out due to the extraordinarily high pressure I was experiencing. After easing my worries, and putting me on stand-by, Trevor was here in 2 days and completed the job. The epitome of professional. He doesn't do this in his spare time. He doesn't "plumb" in between deck jobs or sod jobs or painting jobs. Craft is craft and Trevor is now my official house plumber. You really do get what you pay for.

Asked for a 1 foot section of pipe by my hot water heater to be replaced and was quoted $275 plus the initial $60 service call fee just to show up. The parts alone to fix it aren't even worth $25. If you use this company be prepared to lose an arm or a leg.

I don't like leaving negative reviews but had to on this one. Trevor said he would be there at 8:30am. Arrived late. Told me on the phone it would be $395 to swap out garbage disposal. Then charged $454 ($59 fee added). He parked his truck in my driveway for no good reason and leaked a large amount of black oil right in the front of the driveway! Called him back immediately and he told me he would take care of it, then did not. Now I have oil stain on my driveway! Called a week later and told me it was not his area of expertise...cleaning up his oil stain and he wasn't even sure it was his stain but admitted his truck was leaking oil. Sad

He did a great job fixing my sink. Came out immediately because we were in need and got us back up and running. Discussed other projects we asked about in detail. He is also a really nice guy. Would recommend.

My thermostat stat went out in the midst of a scorching time in July 2025. I called and then left a text re my situation. Someone immediately texted back and a service person was here by 11:00AM that morning. They offered emergency service, but I declined and waited until the next day. Polite, timely and respectful. Did an excellent job!!!

James was great! He came out timely and diagnosed the issue quickly. My AC was back up and running within 5 hours on the July 4th holiday weekend! I use WC Wright every time I have an issue with any of my rental properties.

This company is absolutely amazing! They’re kind and extremely helpful. It’s so refreshing to have a business that will take care of the issue without trying to sell you anything extra (that you don’t need). I called after hours and got their answering service but was offered to continue with text. I made an appointment for 2 days away, but they reached out and said they were going to fit me in the next day. They called me when they were 30 minutes out so I could make sure either my husband or I was there. When they got there, they were so knowledgeable and even taught us simple maintenance tricks we can do in the future. Long story short, I’m not going anywhere else to get my AC serviced.

Good job! I wish you all still brought my filter with you but I am ordering them and will let you know when they arrive.

I came home to heating and air out and they worked me in and I had heat by 5pm.
They are very affordable and do not take advantage of people. Very reasonable prices.

Wright & Son did an excellent work replacing our two office units. While others were telling us we'd be "down" for two days during the install, Wright worked with us and not only did the job in 1 day, but we were able to keep our office working and productive during the install.

Excellent technicians, excellent sales experience and 100% satisfied and then some.

We had an excellent experience working with WC Wright for an emergency toilet issue that cropped up the day before we were expecting a houseguest. Jennifer was sympathetic to my plight and put me on the schedule for first thing in the morning, and it turned out to be a really tricky issue so I’m glad we were the first appointment. Jordan tried one solution after another to unclog a toilet that had an unusual drainage configuration. He ultimately solved the problem by installing a new cleanout, and we were grateful for his patient persistence. Thank you Jennifer, Jordan, and WC Wright!
