I have been very pleased with TDI and the results on our lawn. The people we have worked with have all been amazing. Thank you for your great work. Now if you can just make it rain on my lawn. LOL :-)

I have had lots of issues the past couple years with TDI. Customer service and speed of responses to deal with issues have been poor. I have had lots of weeds and yard really going downhill to point I’ve been doing my own treatments to supplement.

Numerous attempts to resolve have not improved and nobody ever reached out directly to work with me on resolution. As a long time TDI customer I do not recommend.

We have been using TDI for several years. Overall, I am pleased with TDI services. I would like to take a moment to acknowledge our Technician, Dylan, who is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He coordinates with us ahead of time and ensures someone is home. He is very pleasant and easy to communicate. Keep it up Dylan !!!!!

I signed up with TDI sometime last year to help take care of my mother's lawn. I've been very happy with the service so far, and Dylan is always very professional and responsive. The yard looks like its on it way to being healthier and I appreciate how easy TDI has made the process for my mom. 11/10, would recommend.

I called first thing Monday morning about a leak in my irrigation system. The receptionist said that their irrigation department would call me back. I never heard back from them - it’s been 3 days. I think something has happened with TDI in Madison. My yard used to be weed free, but now, it is very weedy. I’m going to make a switch and would be interested in suggestions of where to go.

Been using TDI for 2 years and they have always been great for us! We use them for lawn and pest control. Dylan has been our technician the entire time and has always taken great care of us! He is extremely responsive and addresses any concerns that I have immediately. He even works to schedule time to visit around my busy work schedule to ensure my garage gets taken care of.

TDI is a very competent professional. My technician , Devon is always helpful and courteous.

I had some remedial services that were needed to address a couple problems. The remediation for grubs and additional grass seed to cover thin/bare areas was timely and professionally handled within a few days of my call. Special thanks to manager, Michael for taking good care of me. He personally came over to spread the fescue seed and make sure I was happy!

Services went from 5 stars over the years to 0 stars. Weeds everywhere, attempted to cancel multiple times, technician still showing up after cancellation. What a nightmare!

Dylan is hands down the best when it comes to pest and lawn control! He’s incredibly thorough, professional, and always takes the time to explain what he’s doing and why. Since he started treating our home and yard, we’ve noticed a huge difference—no more pests, and our lawn looks healthier than ever. He’s reliable, respectful of our property, and genuinely cares about the results. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and it shows. Highly recommend Dylan if you want the job done right!

After more than 10 years with TDI, I’ve seen a serious drop in quality since the company changed ownership. Services aren’t completed as promised, and I even caught a tech falsely claiming work was done, confirmed by my security cameras. Management said they’d follow up and send someone out. No one ever showed, and no one followed up.

They used to be good, but the lack of accountability and declining service make it hard to recommend them anymore.

Eli has only serviced my property 3 times and WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!!!! My lawn is greener, stronger and thicker than it has ever been since TDI started servicing my property. Some areas where I was struggling to get the bermuda to grow is not a problem now. Eli has eliminated that problem. He has taken the time to make the lawn look wonderful. I will very highly recommend Eli to anyone for their lawn maintenance.

***update: TDI has responded to this review saying a manager would personally reach out to me. This was 3 weeks ago. No manager has reached out, and TDI techs have continued to try to schedule weed sprays for grass that doesn't exist, despite me repeatedly calling and asking them to stop scheduling me. This is crazy.

We had a few good years with TDI from around 2020-2023. This past year, things went downhill. This past fall we had an aeration and overseed performed and only a quarter of the grass seed they put down sprouted. I contacted the office weekly asking someone to come fix it. I was repeatedly told a tech would come out. Apparently one did, and put more seed on one of the dozens of dirt patches where my scalped yard had no seed germinate. I called again, repeatedly, and was told a technician would meet me at my house to troubleshoot it. No one ever showed up. By the time I finally got a manager involved, I was told it was too late to do anything about it. My yard looks like trash. Something has happened to this company and they have become unreliable, unresponsive, and don't seem to take much pride in their work.

On April 3rd. I sent an email to TDI and I immediately received an automated reply explaining that someone would respond to my inquiry promptly. Nevertheless, today is May 4th. and I never received a reply. I did call TDI around the end of April to ask why they never came back to spray my weeds and they explained to me that they treated them on my last visit. I explained to them that the last service was two weeks ago and that the weeds were spreading, not dying. They asked if I had mowed my lawn yet, and I explained that I hadn't mowed my lawn because I wanted them to clearly see the weeds that needed to be killed. I went on to explain that I would mow my lawn, but if the weeds came back up that I would cancel my service and not pay for the last service because they didn't kill the weeds.

Here is the message that I sent to them on April 3rd. "I have a lot of weeds coming up. Last year the weeds were blamed on the fact that you weren't my primary lawn care provider and therefore you didn't perform the end-of-year service. However, this year you did the end-of-year service and the beginning-of-the-year service, but there are a lot of weeds coming up."

Definitely the right company. The tech came out today and I feel much better after talking to him. Good customer service. I just wish I could have talked to him in the beginning. That might have made the difference. Update, I might have jumped the gun with the 5 stars. Still no weeds dying. Also tech said he will return this week but I am losing faith in the company for sure. 127 headen ln. We're going to go a different direction though. Not a single weed ever died. Your guy just fertilized them. Fairway is doing an excellent job in this sub division. I called to complain and never got a call back. For anyone reading this don't trust this company. Poor customer service and even worse terrible job killing any weeds. 0 weeds died.

Joshua is our technician here in SE Huntsville. We really appreciate the communication with him. He explains everything he has done or what needs to be done. Our lawn is looking better.

I have to say, my yard looked better before they treated it. Obviously, they can't evenly apply chemicals.

*Update 1: They left a rambling message telling me it was "drought stress". 🙄
I had to lower my rating because of this.

*Update 2: After cancelling my service around a year ago for the problem described above, TDI was servicing my neighbors yard and decided to drive their equipment across my driveway and through my yard. This shows the kind of respect they have for things.

Been using TDI for lawn care for several years now and our yard looks great! Very pleased with their service.

Randall treats our yard and he is so wonderful! He is very considerate of our time and makes sure I know when to expect him! We have used other lawn services and have had terrible experiences, but Randall has made up for all the bad experiences we had! Thank you Randall!!!

The technician Sklyar completed our lawn service quickly and efficiently. He came to the door first to let us know that he was about to complete the service.
