Rainbow International was GREAT..My home had water damage on New Years Eve, what a way to start a new year right? Brandon and Carmon swept in with their arms full of equipment and saved the day. They were extremely professional and prompt. They took the time to explain the process step by step and 3 days later my floors and walls were completely dry and ready for the necessary repairs..Thank you guys and Rainbow International.

Mr. Stinnett’s team is amazing. From the first phone call that was answered by polite, professionals taking my information, to the last detail of work performed in my home, I was pleased. Any time I had a question, the phone was answered by knowledgeable, understanding staff and got back to me quickly with the needed information. The workers were very conscious about completing their work to perfection. For example, Cameron kept sanding and sanding drywall in a closet in my laundry room. No one would ever see this, but he wanted it done right. Everyone who came here showed this same work ethic. Everyone came when they said they would be here, and did everything they said they would do. Most of all they showed such politeness and respect while in my home. I highly recommend this company.

Rainbow did a great job getting my parent's home dried after it was flooded. My mom called Jessica and she immediately had the technicians respond. They came by every day to check on the floors and moved the fans around as needed. They were very professional and thorough. I highly recommend.

Absolutely amazed at this company. They did a very thorough job when dealing with our water leak in the kitchen and basement. After a horrible experience with a different company, Rainbow came in and thoroughly dried and cleaned all the affected areas, catching the errors from the first company. They are very professional and friendly and I felt like they handled the situation with integrity. Brandon, our lead tech, came out daily to check the readings, move equipment, and provided treatment as needed. Darryl Seeley's team was amazing! Highly professional. Always on time! Kept us briefed on the process and stuck with the plan! Provided insight, understanding, and even advice when we asked for it. Dealing with water damage is never a great experience but Darryl made us feel at peace with all that needed to be done. I couldn't possibly be more pleased!

Our home ended up having a leak from the kitchen down into the office in our basement. There was a trail of water leaking inside the wall that affected the subfloor, insulation, ceiling tiles, drywall, and flooring. Rainbow restoration was recommended to us by our insurance adjuster and we couldn't have been happier with them. The team is so easy to work with. Katherine in the office is so kind and incredibly helpful. We were blessed to work with Darrell, Cameron, and I can't remember the other gentleman's name, but they, as a team, are incredibly kind and knowledgeable and kept us informed the whole way through the mitigation. They are punctual always. We would recommend them 10/10 to anyone who needs damage mitigation. Thank you guys SO much!

I highly recommend Darell and the rainbow restoration team for visual mold inspection, air sample testing, and mold restoration. They are very thorough, detailed, available for any questions and most importantly, they do what they say they are going to do. They did their due diligence with our visual inspection and air sampling as well as completed the restoration to our satisfaction. They also recommend other companies as needed based on particular skill set needed. Can’t recommend enough!

Few things are more shocking than waking up to a figurative rain storm…in your living room! My son had left a bathtub running all night upstairs and we had a mess. I had no idea what to do or who to call. Rainbow Restoration was recommended to me and I gave them a call. Darrell, the owner, showed up a little later to do an assessment and had his team out to my house that day. They did a superb job and were even able to save our hardwood floors! During your times of disaster and despair, you can trust them. Highly recommended!!

NOT ONE was willing to do the dirty work of diagnosing the problem. Rainbow Restoration was the only one who stayed, diagnosed correctly, recommended an amazing plumber (NA Plumbing), and did an immaculate cleanup job! We could not recommend them highly enough. Their prices were very reasonable, and we couldn't be happier. We hope we will never need them again, but if we do, we will call them without hesitation.

I had some water damage on my subfloor and wanted to make sure it wasn't active/harmful mold. The gentlemen came and provided excellent advice, and did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. They also looked at my ceiling in the bathroom. Patient and gentle individuals and definitely would call again.
