We had a bad water leak in our kitchen. Rainbow Restoration was sent out through our insurance company to dry our floors. It took several days but was done very well ! The Gentleman we saw mostly during the process , his name was Cameron was an absolute pleasure and joy to work with. He was very kind, respectful, and highly knowledgeable. Anytime we needed something or had questions he was quick to respond he definitely goes the extra mile to make sure the job was done correctly while also reassuring the customer everything will get better ! Thank you again. I don’t wish anyone to have to need these services , but if you do, Rainbow Restoration is the way to go. And hopefully you luck out and end up with Cameron! A+ Job !!!

Rainbow Restoration removed damaged drywall and trim where there was a leak in the laundry room. They took necessary precautions to remove and thoroughly clean the affected areas and placed air moving machines to ensure there was no moisture remaining in the 2×4s. It was a 6-day process, not cheap, but the Seller and I were pleased the process was done correctly.

I had a 150gal aquarium leak and Rainbow Restoration was out and took a look at the area were the tank had leaked and gave me a couple different options. They did a very quick and clean removal of the section of the base board, drywall, and wet insulation. They were extremely professional and walked me through what areas were of concern.

I really appreciated the way they handled my case. Even though it was not a huge job like storm or flood damage. They treated my issue from my initial call all the way to the final check in a timely manner and communicated through the whole process.

The team was incredibly professional throughout the entire process and kept us informed every step of the way. The mold remediation was thorough, and the repair work was top-notch. Their painters did an absolutely perfect job - you'd never know there was any damage. Their communication was excellent, which made what could have been a stressful situation much easier to handle. While I've never needed a water restoration service, they'd be my first choice if I'm ever in need. Kenny found a smart/ prox key for my Honda that I'd lost at Providence and called the YMCA tag to find the owner. He could've just as easily thrown it away. I tried to give him a 'finders fee' as a thank you, but he refused. This speaks volumes to the kind of person you're dealing with when it comes to the business end. That's hard to find these days. I want to first thank Bruce Ashcraft for paying special attention to my home in Huntsville, AL. I had a leaking faucet to my bathtub in my upstairs bathroom. It was behind the wall so it was unnoticed until it started to leak through the downstairs ceiling. I did not know how much damage was behind the ceiling sheetrock but could tell there was some mold growing on the exposed ceiling joist through a small area of the ceiling that was removed once the leak was fixed. I am an out of state landlord and my tenants needed the mold removed immediately before it became much worse. I googled "mold remediation for Huntsville, AL" and Puroclean Property Restoration was one of the first on the list. I checked out their website and did a Better Business Bureau search and they were rated A. I called their office and I left my number with the customer service rep and I received a call moments later from Bruce Ashcraft. Once I explained what the problem was and told him I was out of state, he informed me that he will make all coordination with my tenants and keep me updated. He told me he understood my situation and he would take good care of my home. He made his first visit within a few days. He took pictures and gave me a quote. The quote was to remove the ceiling, treat the mold and replace the damaged sheetrock and paint. Once I gave him the OK to move forward he started the work. He removed the ceiling and took before and after pictures of all the work. He uploaded the pictures to a website and I was able to look at the pictures and ask any questions that I had. That was very helpful because I like to know exactly what is going on when it comes to repairs to my home. Purocleans website allowed me to stay engaged. Once the ceiling was removed and pictures taken, the mold was treated and the pictures showed that. Bruce also coordinated the ceiling repair with a company he is very familiar with and that he uses all the time. The price for the total remediation was very reasonable and he has a system that shows all the steps and prices so if there is any questions about an item or dollar amount you can ask for a better explanation of that item. I was satisfied with his explanations and his knowledge. Bruce was always reachable and professional through the whole process. The whole process, from first inspection to rebuild and clean-up, was completed in about 10 days. My tenants are very happy with the work and most of all, the Puroclean staff. I am also very satisfied with Bruce and his company and if I ever have this issue in the future I am definitely calling Bruce. I am also recommeding Puroclean Property Restoration to anyone reading this review. My home is whole and I am glad I chose Puroclean Property Restoration in Huntsville, AL. These guys had the best customer service of all time. I was using Astro Property Management. Astro went and let a small leak in my rental house turn into half the downstairs being flooded! Then Astro sent a carpet cleaner out to mitigate water damage and mold - who did nothing but charge a lot of money for nothing being done.

I called PuroClean, they educated me and I validated what I was told. They told me how the whole process would work and it went exactly how they said. They found massive amounts of moisture left from the carpet cleaner and found mold and mildew. They worked with my insurance and got it cleaned up and everything mitigated and torn out and have the moisture logs and pictures to prove it.

We contacted PuroClean when we found mold in our closet. They came out on time and assessed the mold and had a crew out ASAP. When they were done, we found a little more mold on the sheet rock. They gladly came back out and removed the sheet rock where the mold was at no extra charge. Bruce and his team are very professional and highly recommended in removing mold.

I'm a Property Manager at an apartment community. We had a small kitchen fire that had more damage from the fire extinguisher then the actual fire. Kenny and his crew were fast to respond, professional and knowledgeable. They helped coordinate between myself, the resident, the insurance and another company that was cleaning the air ducts. We had a contractor do our renovation. Afterward, Puroclean came and did further deep cleanings to mitigate the resulting dust. Our home was in great hands.
