These guys are AWESOME! We had water damage to our home from a plumbing problem 10 days before closing on our house. These guys swooped in assessed, managed problem, and reconstructed in a little over a week. I am so thankful for PuroClean! Very professional and efficient.

I'd recommend PuroClean to anyone without hesitation! Bruce and Kenny Ashcraft are wonderful and so hands on to all of the work and their staff is phenomenal. They did a huge mold clean up at my late mother's house and also did one in my crawlspace as well. I couldn't have been more pleased with their work and attention to detail. I was kept up to date at all times, usually receiving daily emails with information and before and after pictures. You can't been that type of service. I would give them more than 5 stars above if I could!

The PureClean team did a very good job working with me to get the job done in a very professional way. They took a very tough job and did it very fast. I'm in Property Management & had an issue with Carbon Black in one of our Rental homes. Puroclean was recommended to me & called them up & told them the issue & that it had to be done real soon. They responded quickly & gave me a price back & got it scheduled all within a few days! I do recommend them for any kind of restoration.

My family suffered an unexpected loss -- the death of my sister in her home. To our dismay, she was not found immediately, and we needed immediate bio-hazard services to deal with this tragedy. Bruce and the PuroClean team were with us all the way. They promptly returned our call. We spoke directly with the owner (Bruce). He took care to share about their process and suggested that we call our insurer. As a result, we were able to both a) expedite the process to address the situation and b) had only the deductible out of pocket. This team is responsive, caring and knowledgeable. We experienced a leak in our Master bathroom shower that caused major structural damage. The insurance company gave us options and we chose Puro Clean. (Great move!) They called me within one hour of speaking to the insurance company and came out to assess the issue shortly thereafter. They contacted the insurance company and within 24 hours were on the job. All the team members were professional and courteous explaining the process as each step completed. The management team for the company were wonderful in communicating and making certain the team addressed the problem. I highly recommend this company if you have water or fire damage.

If I could give PuroClean 6 stars, I would. Kenny was super quick to come out to my house to advise me on the leak I had. Not only was he quick and professional, he gave me advice on how to save money in the whole process of getting my leak cleaned up. This is one of those businesses where the guy who owns it is just a genuinely nice person. I will 100% recommend them to anyone who has water damage.

Had major water leak in the kitchen, Bruce and PuroClean showed up when promised, had equipment to dry out the kitchen...ended up needing new floor, cabinets, and they did an amazing job with the tear out and rebuild. The thing i like is they stay in touch and on top of the job. They worked directly with my insurance company and provided all the necessary documentation and photos. This was the second time I used PuroClean and I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Our home recently flooded due to a broken toilet when we were out of town. We have never had to deal with a home related issue at this level before (and I hope I never have to again). Our homeowners ins. rep recommended 'PuroClean' to help get started with the clean-up. The
very same day we filed our ins. claim, the Puroclean team was at my door with a ton of equipment to help get things dried out. Kenny, Bruce and Duke were great! Since my house is on a slab and I have hardwood floors, The guys advised me that my floor was a loss and would have to ultimately be torn out and replaced. I think Kenny really went above and beyond what was expected of him in our case. Not knowing what we could expect, Kenny took his time and explained to us the entire process of what was going to happen and the associated timeline of events concerning the rehabilitation of our home. The guys also moved the furniture out of the most affected rooms, and said they would be back to move out the rest when the time comes and....they will be back to
move it all back in again once the new floors are down!! Now, I don't know if every restoration company provides this level of service, but if they don't I'm sure Kenny and the guys would be happy to show them how it SHOULD be done. Kudos to PuroClean!

After my house flooded I called my insurance company and PuroClean was at my door that day! They were very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. We contacted PuroClean on a Friday for an ongoing water damage/moisture issue where we had tried 3 previous vendors with no success. Bruce was at our house that afternoon with an estimate and a plan to find the issue and fix the moisture damage. He was able to send a crew on Monday morning to rectify the issue. There was another wall we were concerned about, and his crew was able to determine the issue and incorporate within the same project with no disruption or additional wait time. Throughout the entire process, they were the cleanest crew we have ever had to complete work in our home. They sealed the area, contained the damaged/mold areas, disposed of the damaged walls, and monitored equipment to remove moisture from the rooms over the course of days, and completely eradicated areas of mold concerns. Bruce was helpful in providing quality options of vendors who could assist with repairs to eventually return our home to its normal state. We cannot state enough how much we appreciate the attention and professional opinion of Bruce and his staff to guide us in fixing an issue that has been ongoing. They were punctual, responsive, courteous, professional, and super clean. We highly recommend this company; you will not be disappointed.

Bruce and his team were excellent. I called PuroClean on a Thursday evening, around 6:30 pm, to leave a message to receive a call back the next day. Instead of having to wait until the next day, I received a call back within 10 minutes. Bruce was at my home the next morning to investigate the issue which was not resolved by the company my insurance company had initially assigned. Shortly thereafter I had equipment in my home and within 5 days the issue was resolved. I would highly recommend PuroClean to anyone needing restoration services.
