I cannot express emphatically enough the job that PuroClean completed when our upstairs pipes froze and burst. This was the same experience that occurred one year earlier and we had a different contractor.
The workers we dealt with were professional, knowledgeable, and remained aware of the our family crisis. These guys knew exactly what they were doing. The drying out process was a little longer than the year before….however, after working and testing for humidity and working and retesting for humidity, I felt confident PuroClean knew what they were doing and how to successfully rid our home of humidity. Around 30 fans were set up, pointing in all directions. A much larger heater was pointed at our crawl space to ensure everything was dry. One worker came out on the weekend to check on the progress. I must say that the year before the other company didn’t do such a good job.
While completing this job, I asked them to remain cognizant of the fact that my husband’s dementia was progressing. They did their job but were always working around our situation in a respectful manner.
These guys knew their job and they completed it in a timely manner. When they finished, I was quite confident that humidity was gone and restoration could begin with confidence.
It was genuinely nice to have these men working in our house. Men who were respectful of us, the residents, who were very knowledgeable of the task at hand, whose main goal was to leave the house ready to go to the next step, who worked in a congenial manner with everyone involved.
I highly recommend this company and will not think twice about calling them if the need arises .

Bruce and Brandon were very friendly and most helpful in mitigating water damage to our home after a tree fell on the garage of our house during a storm. When a tornado wrecks your house and your first call is basically a superhero hotline!

One peaceful evening turned into absolute chaos when a tornado decided to redecorate my house—violently. As I stood in my backyard, staring at the wreckage with tears in my eyes and shingles in my hair, I did the only thing I could think of: I called Bruce Ashcraft at PuroClean. (Let’s be honest, he was basically my emergency contact at that point.)

I’d used PuroClean a few years back when my AC unit thought it was a water feature and flooded my upstairs. So I already knew Bruce = hero material. And once again, he proved it. While I was still in shock and mid-sob, Bruce told me, “We’ve got you.” And he meant it!

Within an hour—yes, ONE HOUR—he had a team at my house IN A THUNDERSTORM, climbing on my roof with tarps like it was no big deal. They stopped the water from turning my home into a giant sponge and then went around tarping up my neighbors’ houses too. Who even does that?! (Bruce. Bruce and his team do that.)

The next morning Bruce, Brandon, and Jeff rolled back in like the cleanup Avengers. Over the next few weeks, Brandon and Jeff put in so many hours at my house that I started to wonder if I should offer them guest rooms. Ceilings, walls, floors—if it was wet and ruined, they ripped it out with skill and care. And somehow, despite the destruction, they kept everything impressively clean.

Once demo was done, they turned my home into a high-powered wind tunnel with fans, dehumidifiers, and other gadgets that looked like something out of NASA. And you know what? It worked! They dried it all out and helped me breathe again (literally and emotionally).

This was the second time Bruce and his crew have come to my rescue. And while I love having them around, let’s all hope I never need them again. But just in case....their numbers are saved in my phone right next to “pizza” and “mom.”

Before Christmas I discovered the source of a strange drip noise was a leak behind my shower fixture in a fully tiled & stoned shower. The PEX leak had persisted long enough to saturate and mold the crawlspace, wood substrate, and first-floor drywall. I contacted three remediation companies and only Bruce at PuroClean Huntsville responded with a same day visit. He inspected and analyzed all are suspect areas and explained options how to move forward without assuming the entire shower needed ripping out (rebuilding costs were beyond $$$). His professional knowledge, personal approach, and written job/cost proposal in less than 36 hours made it easy to choose PuroClean over other companies! Two technicians were assigned to our remediation and were knowledgeable, professional, and dedicated to ensuring I knew what was happening as they took moderate steps to determine how to save the actual shower. Two weeks after starting, all crawlspace and first-floor soaked spaces were dry, mold was removed or killed, and the areas were sealed. And best of all the shower walls did not get damaged in the process!

We had a waterline bust in our home late one Saturday evening. Water went across 4 rooms in our home and we immediately were recommended to call PuroClean from our insurance company.

The field supervisor, and 2 techs came and explained what they were doing, what to expect, and an assessment on what to look for once they left. They placed equipment in our home to dry everything and added a humidifier to ensure no future mold growth would happen. They continued to stay in contact and even came back to the house multiple days to check on progress. Very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home, children, and pets. Even our insurance reps, contractors, and movers were impressed and requested info for PuroClean when they seen their work.
