Called on a Friday and they were more than happy to come out same day. They were through with the price and reasonable! Very happy with their service. Bruce was my tech and was so nice and kind. Anymore plumbing problems I have I will be calling this place.

Had a toilet plugged up and needed someone same day! I called 3 places trying to get an appointment and got an appointment with one only to get cancelled an hour later. I called Drainbusters next, and they sent Christopher out within an hour. He was friendly and professional, and took care of the problem quickly! Fair price! I’ll use them again!

This review is for the October 2025 services. Not our first call to Bruce and Drainbusters and we are totally satisfied with their service. This time we determined we had un under the slab hot water pipe water leak. Chris and Steven came out and we discussed several ways to solve the problem. The main problem was no hot water!! We all agreed that re-piping the entire house was the most efficient way to fix the problem over the long-term (20+ years). Chris and Steven worked their butts off to get this done while limiting damage to the sheetrock (which they don't fix). This was a huge project but they stuck with it and got it done within the time estimate. We highly recommend Drainbusters.

Very pleased with everything about the experience of having water heater replaced by Drainbusters Plumbing. Bruce was very personable and experienced and went to great lengths to put our minds at ease by saying that the job was going to be done perfectly to our expectations. And it was. My appointment was for 12noon. Bruce called because he had finished up with his previous job and asked if we wanted a earlier appointment time. We said yes. He came out and took great care of us. We feel like we gained a friend. The price is right, and the customer service is the best. Thanks Bruce and Drainbusters Plumbing for turning this nightmare into a pleasant experience.

I called for a Problem with my Drain Line that was causing backup of Water in my Bathtubs and stoppage of Toilets.
Receptionist was very Courteous and Helpful with setting up an appointment.
Service Tech Christopher came the next morning, was very Polite, Professional, and was able to immediately diagnose the problem and get it resolved. He also explained everything to me as He worked and gave me some good information and handy Tips on how to avoid and resolve any further problems in the future.
I am satisfied with the work that was done clearing out my Septic Line and plan on calling DRAINBUSTERS again in the future.

Bruce was great! Helped me find correct replacement kitchen faucet. I had no idea what would fit. He answered all my questions. A few hours later he came over and installed my new faucet the same day. Very nice and professional! Will definitely call for service again when needed. Faucet looks great! Thanks again.

I was in a bind on a weekend and Bruce came through in the clutch for me! Was able to squeeze me in the same day within a couple hours of calling and get me squared away. Have used Drain Busters on two separate occasions now and been very pleased both times.

Chris was awesome! He was so nice and full of knowledge. He worked quick to get our kitchen sink back in working order. Bonus, my dog (who usually barks at everyone) loved him. 😂 He’s good people. Would recommend him and drainbusters to anyone.

We had a big problem when the kitchen sink clogged up. I used Drain Busters last year with a bathroom clog, and was fully satisfied, I decided to call again . Bruce came out within a couple of hours and really took time to hear my concerns and explained what he would be doing. He thoroughly cleared my drain and cleaned up afterward. Very nice! He even called later to follow up and make sure everything was still good.

I thank Dyson so much very quick to to send out Robert and lance and they did an amazing service I didn’t expect it to be such a quick fix but they let me know what was going on and was reasonable with the price.

Dyson Plumbing has helped us three times in the past two years. Lance and Greg were very nice, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient! They explained everything well and left the area clean. They were able to get us in first thing the next morning. Their pricing is fair. We have paid about $150-200 each time; they do include drive time in their billing.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely use Dyson Plumbing again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for dependable plumbing work!

Toilet was backing into tub. Robert from Dyson came out and fixed the backup and cleared my sink flow as well. He even cleaned my toilet and tub after fixing repairs. Great customer service and very informative! If that’s not going above and beyond idk what is!

Robert came to our new condo the same day we called, fixed a leaking pipe under our sink, showed us how to correctly work our shower, and examined our water heater and advised us on its function and maintenance.
