QPI has done 2 large jobs for us. The first was all the plumbing associated with a bathroom and kitchen extension.

The second was a complete replacement of the plumbing under the house prior to a crawl space encapsulation.

Both of these jobs required particular skills and attention to detail. The work was excellent, and we were very, very pleased with the results.

I have 10+ years of construction experience. Awful. Used them on a commercial project and they did terrible. Put them on my “never use again” list for our company.

WARNING: Be very careful about doing business with this company.

Rowe was hired for a commercial job with a price tag in excess of $100,000.

One of the plumbers neglected to properly crimp a fitting near a water heater (see pic).

The water damage resulting from their negligence caused over $20,000 in documented damages.

When Scott Rowe (owner) was contacted, he initially seemed eager to make things right but ultimately stopped responding to my communications and his last comment indicated that “we are not going to be responsible for the damage”.

It is worth noting that they asked to remove the physical evidence from the site during the inspection.

Consumers should not tolerate this lack of accountability from a business and strongly advise against using them unless you are prepared to take responsibility for any mistakes on their part.

Called Rowe Plumbing for my disabled mother in law who had some leaky pipes under her house. It was late in the afternoon so I was expecting them to tell me they would be out in the next few days. Teresa on the phone was super nice and told me they could send someone out immediately. Within an hour the technician showed up and stayed until almost 7 pm to fix the problems. He paid very close attention to every detail and was super polite and courteous. He also stopped back by about a week later just to check and see how everything was going. I would recommend this company to everyone. The owner isn't afraid to get his hands dirty and work right along side his employees. Its hard to find good honest hard working people like that in the world today.
