Two guys came out who were very friendly, but didn’t have a camera on the truck and tried to jet my drain and only made it about 12 feet, I got another plumbing company out there and his camera made it all the way to the city sewage tie in. Maybe shop around.

Zoom drain responded to my service request in a timely manner. They showed up this morning as promised and got the work completed. The technicians explained everything. The technicians were courteous and professional. I will definitely recommend this company and will use them again.

Shawn and Chandler were very knowledgeable and extremely polite.
We had been trying to fix a leak on the intake pipe for the toilet. With everything we tried beginning Friday, changing the cut-off valve twice and changing the riser hose, the leak persisted and the bucket had to be dumped about every 3 hours or we were walking in water.. They finally decided it was the original coupling that had the leak. They installed a new coupling and leak was fixed.

These guys are fabulous! I called them at 7PM on a Thursday night, with water dripping through my ceiling. Not only was Zoom at my house immediately and had they leak fixed as soon as they arrived basically, but they coached me through the repair process and made my wife and me have some peace of mind. One of the owners even stopped back by one evening a week later just to check in and make sure we were good. Cannot say enough great things about Zoom Drain!

Zoom Drain was great to work with! From the estimate to the install everything was easy and the work was done fast. Reilly Terrell always answered my phone calls and kept me informed of what was happening with my new connection to the sewage lines in my area. The guys that installed my pump and connection were very friendly and they worked very hard. I am very happy with everything and will be calling Zoom Drain for everything I need done in the future.

Absolute great technician was sent I believe his name was James.T he was very friendly, very professional very informative. Great customer service did an absolute fantastic job on my bathroom and it took less than an hour for it to be complete. I was recommended to Zoom Drain by a family friend Lloyd Hughes and they exceeded all my expectations of what you expect out of a company. Especially when you have to welcome strangers beyond the threshold of something so sacred as your home. Starting with Russ customer service the night before made us feel very at ease about our situation... We had a sewer back up in all three restrooms and the smell was unbelievable foul which is very overwhelming within itself but; The next day Julian came out so professional and caring about the situation. We first just wanted to get a estimate to see what we were looking at regarding pricing but; as soon as Julian assessed the situation and after he left ... We decided immediately to see if Russ could have him come right back... Russ was so accommodating and caring about our situation that he made sure Julian came back the same day to take care of the problem at hand. The simple act of not wanting to see others suffering.... Zoom Drain works so well as a team to get the job done for their customers and now they forever have us, our family and friends that comes along with us. Salute to the ZOOM TEAM... My service sucked they fixed the problem only for it to last a week. They came back for the same problem tried to charge me again well Russ did. after they came back the second time said they couldn’t fix the blockage so I paid $288 FOR ABSOLUTE NOTHING I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE AT ALL!
