While having drain issues is always a frustrating issue Zoom Drain addresses the situation quickly and efficiently. Matt Smith our technician was prompt and professions. He corrected our issue and cleaned up after the repairs. This was a drain issue, Zoom Drain has also addressed plumbing issue for us in the past.

Absolutely 1st class service! Matt has a great sense of humor and 1 blue collar to another, job well done.

Amazing service. I was without water due to a pipe breaking in my ceiling and they came right out. James was at my house waiting for me when I got there. He was the nicest guy and very knowledgeable. He had my pipe fixed and my water back up in no time. I highly recommend him and the whole team at Zoom Drain. A+++++

I called Zoom Drain explained the issue he sent a technician within 45 minutes to our location. He diagnosed the issue and was even able to fix it the same day. i can honestly say i would recommend this company to anyone having issues. Thank you for such wonderful customer service.

Called yesterday evening about a leak in my attic. First thing bright and early this morning James came to assess and work on the repair and was incredibly professional, friendly, and thoroughly explained everything he was doing BEFORE he began to be sure it was okay with us. I can't tell you how grateful I am for James' fantastic customer service and honestly his basic human decency, because it seems it is not the standard anymore. He stayed and absolutely insisted on cleaning up all of the insulation and debris, which was above and beyond what any other tech has done for us. Truly grateful for the efficiency and expertise he demonstrated and would absolutely recommend Zoom Drain, specifically James, every time.

I am disabled person and it was a pleasant experience to work with this company. From my first call in and spoke with Russ to the finish my experience was great. The continuous communication made me feel relaxed and confident dealing with Zoom. The people were very respectful and friendly, made me feel like I was being helped by a old timey operation who actually cared about me, I think Russ and the tech really cared.

He cleared out the toilet and it’s flushing normally again. And came out about 1 hour after I made the call. Pleased with the service.

I called Zoom Drain on a Sunday because my kitchen sink had water pooling underneath it. It went to voice mail, but the owner called me back immediately. I described the problem, and he said they could be out first thing the next morning. He asked me to send a video, which I did, and he was immediately responsive. The following morning, Julian and Shawn came to the house a few minutes after 8. When I tell you these guys were friendly and personable, I mean that they were the friendliest, most courteous service personnel I’ve ever had. They quickly diagnosed the problem, and had the parts on their truck. They communicated everything they were doing, patiently answered all my questions, and showed me how to prevent the issue from happening again. And get this: they charged me less than half of what the price list had for the job. And the price they quoted was the price they charged: no taxes, no hidden fees, no lie. It was a very positive experience, and I highly recommend them to anyone, but especially those who own an older Midtown home. I just wish Zoom Drain was Zoom Home, and I could call them for any repair.

Replaced our leaking gas water heater. Very courteous and came the same day that we called.

Zoom Drain went above and beyond to help us fix a water leak under our house. The manager and workers really went out of their way to try and figure out the most cost effective way to fix it. Last year we had a different water leak on the hot water side and we had several companies come out who never did that. They did not go out of their way to try and make it affordable for us. Zoom Drain was not open for business at that time. I honestly thought they would do the same as the other companies. Much to my pleasant surprise, they worked with us and seem to genuinely care that we really needed help. Very grateful! They do offer financing with good credit, which is really good for anyone who needs it. 10 out of 10, RECOMMEND!

Julian Walker was the one that came out to our house. He was on time, knowledgeable, polite and had our problem taken care of in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend them for all of your drain problems. They also have very reasonable prices.

So happy with Zoom Drain! I had an emergency & they were here within an hour when others said they’d show up “sometime today”. Our plumber did excellent work, went above and beyond, and the price was fair. I’ve added Zoom Drain to my contacts so I’ll remember who to call from now on.

1 toilet with slow emptying. Called Zoom. Came next day as scheduled. James very businesslike. Had to remove toilet to find foreign object lodged at exit. (Grandkids) Replaced toilet. All good. Charge $275. Work was done well. Is charge a little high? Don't really know as rarely have to call for service. You decide.
