I was having continuous problems with my sink stopping up and my shower nozzle was broken. The technician (Bruce) came out and had both problems fixed in less than an hour. Not only professional but very knowledgeable as well. Thanks so much!

They helped me install a septic tank in my house last December, but the backfill soil has not been there for three months. No one answered my calls and no one called me. This is irresponsible and there is no after-sales service.

The only reason why I didn’t give (5) stars is due to pricing. $300 seems high for 20mins of work. But maybe I’m wrong haven’t needed a plumber in quite some time.

Drainbusters responded to our “emergency” and were here in about an hour. Christopher and Stephen were very professional and quoted me 3 options. After choosing, they had me up and going again before noon. I would recommend them to anyone.

Could not say enough good things about Bruce and the Drain Busters! We called them at 3 pm on a Monday afternoon and they were here by 8 am on Tuesday morning. The problem was quickly assessed and handled. We were given three options for service at affordable rates.

He was very clear that if I needed this it would cost this, etc. I hope that I won't ever have anymore problems; but if I do...I will certainly use drainbusters.

Wrapping faucets for snowmageddon I found my waterline leaking Friday afternoon. One call and Bruce was here not only fixing the PVC waterline from the meter at the street leak off the house's copper pipe. He not only fixed it but installed a shut off valve at the house for my line from the street. If I have a leaking water heater no need to turn it off at the meter on the street with a T tool. Highly Recommend! THANK YOU!

Would not recommend. Not upfront about pricing. Was charged a service call of $50 to diagnose. Plumber turn on shower and advise $375. I then had the option to pay the $375 or lose the $50. Had the intake person told me the cost to complete the service I request, I would have had to opportunity to call and get adequate quotes.

Bruce and Steven were so kind. I called yesterday with an issue we had where a company ran their fiber optic line through our drain line for our plumbing. This caused a back up inside our home and a sink hole in our front yard. I had been working with another plumber who would not return calls after quoting us and called Drain Busters and they promised to be out the next morning. They made good on this promise. They were here first thing the next morning and came out to do (what I thought was a quote and estimate) however, they knew I needed help and started and completed the job same day (in a couple hours) they explained everything to me, every step of the way. I am so grateful to these guys for being so kind and getting the job done right! Price was fair, they were on time, and the work was done quickly and efficiently. I can’t recommend them more!
