I would give this service 0 stars if I could. They scheduled the service, but demanded payment upfront with vague explanations, promising to reschedule only after payment. It feels like they are taking advantage of my urgency. They also tried to convince me to replace something that didn’t need fixing, using misleading claims. When I refused, they implied they wouldn’t proceed with the service. This kind of manipulation and dishonesty is unacceptable. I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated.
