Called Chastain h/a to setup an appointment to get a quote for replacing my sons home a/c unit. They spoke with me and promised to get back with me on a time. They never called back.

They did a wonderful job on our heating and A/C and completely revamped our attic space so it is safe and clean. They were professional and made sure the city did the inspection to complete the project. We highly recommend them!

I can't recommend this company highly enough. Wayne made time at the end of a long work day to come fix our AC unit after it shut down on a very hot afternoon. He immediately diagnosed the problem (corroded wires), replaced the wiring, cleaned out the unit, and saved the day. He was extremely kind and professional -- such a joy to work with. We will be using Chastain Heating & Air for all our normal maintenance from now on!

This company is by far the most unprofessional due to how they conduct business, I needed a coil put in and they falsely put in their report that the condition was preexisting due to the size of a hole . How can you basically call me a liar telling me this has happened before my home warranty started, which is false because I have successfully ran my A/C before . Keep in mind it’s March and I haven’t had to turn on my air because it’s been cold months . I have seen reviews of this same issue and that’s not right at all.
